Brave Witches it's a spin-off of Striker Witches, but unlike the main show, Brave Witches had less ecchi and it's focus more in the plot and the development of the characters.
When I saw Strike Witches I had a big problem with the main character. It feels that Yoshika it's introduce as a complete developed character for the first chapters...
With Hikari I hadn't that problem, when you saw her in the first scenes you could understand perfectly that she's trying to reach someone, this someone is her own sister, Takami. Here we have the perfect point to start the plot.
We have a reason to ... follow Hikari's path. As I said with Yoshika I don't have this feeling until the end of the first season and all the second season.

The story. It has the same background, Witches fighting an alien race called Neuroi. But as I wrote in the previous paragraph, the plot it's about Hikari trying to reach her big sister, because surpass it's her goal.

Speaking about the art of the anime, Silver Link has its own type of Drawing and it's beautiful. In Brave Witches the color, is well defined and invites to continue watching the anime.

About the sound... well it's good, the think that you will remember it's the opening, the ost it's not a think that I would remember.

About Characters, the episodes are focused in introduce us the Witches that form the 502nd Joint Fighter Wing and give they more importance than the Striker Witches 501. I mean, in Brave Witches you will see how Hikari relates to her companion in the 502. In Strike Witches I remember that until the second season we didn't know what power had each one.

I really enjoy with this anime. The best it's that this anime doesn't have an excessive amount of fanservice.

Overall, I think that if you watch Strike Witcher and you didn't like it you should see Brave Witches.

Kantai Collection -KanColle- is an anime that tell us a story about how the humans lost the control over the sea because a new enemy known as the Abyssal Fleet conquered it...

The story of KanColle begins with a short battle showing what are de "Kanmusu" or Shipgirls, that are girls with the power of ancient ships of the Japanese Navy (It's based on a Browser Game where there're ships from USA, Italia, German... too but in the anime only appears the Japanese, for the moment I hope)
And then the plot begins, the first that we saw after this it's a plane flying by the ... sky and a girl, Fubuki, seeing the plane. The anime will be narrated by the point of view of Fubuki. The first episode is the typical episode that introduce you the anime. The problem is the lack of development of Fubuki, she has development but it's null... I mean, we will know that in so moments she is a brilliant person who could know what it's going on only because a warning that the secretary ship gave to her. But this fall it's forgotten because the anime doesn't care about her. The anime only care about HER GOALS. Or this is how I interpreted it.

The characters... well in this anime we have a lot of cute shipgirls, like Akagi, Kaga, Kongou... they're very interesting characters, the relationships in this anime are so important, for example Kaga has a kind of senpai over the 5th Division of Aircraft, we're Shoukaku and Zuikaku, and it's based on historical references. The First Division have jokes over the Fifth Division. And Kaga always has some dialogues like "I don't want to be near the fifth division" but in the end it show that Kaga feel like the first division must have a senpai role over the Fifth. Other relationships are in more "romance" tone, probably because the historical counterpart fights along or because the historical counterpart was worried abount her in the last battle... This "romance" are ok, because you can see that they're humans. There're a moment where the Secretary Ship, Nagato blushes because Mutsu (Her sister ship) says that NAGATO it's important to her.

The sound well... I can only remember the Opening and the Ending... and a few parts of the OST...

The Art it's... well there're part very well animated but others have a weird CGI that could make to close the episode, because in some points it's a very annoying CGI.

But in the end this could be one of my top 10 favorites animes. It's because KanColle was the first anime what made me interested the characters instead the battles.

HaiFuri of High School Fleet is an anime that happens in a near future where the ocean rise and flooded the coastal cities... In Japan the flooded make that they must build cities above the water and create the "Blue Mermaids" a kind of coastguard patrol the seas.

The story =>
Above the premise of the Blue Mermaids we have a group of young girls who want to became Blue Mermaids to protect the sea. Our main character is Akeno Misaki, the captain of the Harekaze (An invented Kagero-class destroyer) the first episode is practically the introduction to the Harekaze, Musashi, the crew of the Harekaze...
In ... the first moment the plot looks like a normal high school story with slice of life parts... until you get the last 5 minutes of the first episode... And change all the vision about the plot.
I do not tell more about the plot because it's a great anime and don't feel ok if I make major spoilers

The Art =>
Well... The ART in this anime is FANTASTIC. I mean, the details in the Harekaze is pretty good, the torpedo tube has very good details. The bridge of the ship has amazing details too...

The sound =>
Well... this is better that experiment in yourselves.

Characters =>
One of my favorites things in the anime it's that the characters had a background, a past or goals to achieve. Something that give you the reason to empathize with for example... Akeno is the reason that she is so human in the terms that she think in her crew like a big family...

Overall =>
I think that if you don't see this anime you must gave him an opportunity.

Girls und Panzer... an anime about secondary girls and World War II tanks...
I saw this anime three times... but the first time I do not understand nothing of the plot. It was because of the main character, Miho, that starts in a new school and for some reason does not like the "Maneuvers with tanks" a kind of extracurricular assignature... Well she does like it until the end of the first episode without reason she decide to participate in this assignature in spite of she stay all the episode saying that she won't choose "Maneuvers with tanks" because she had bad memories ... about it... BUT IN THE END she choose it...
At this moment the first time I saw the anime a question came to my mind "What kind of hypocrite is Miho?"
She was saying that she has bad memories about "Maneuvers with tanks" and then she choose "Maneuvers with tanks". why? They never explain it in the anime, they will explain why she had bad memories about "Maneuvers with tanks"... But they won't explain WHY se change her opinion in the last moment...
The next 11 episodes you will see a lot of battles with Tanks, yeah, but they'll have a problem with some characters that looks like total idiots...
Miho has a big sister in another academy that has a lot of tanks... The problem with this is WHAT Miho do in this academy...



SPOOOOOOOILER ALEEEERT
We must suppose that Miho the only with common sense in this school because they were in the final and one of the tanks fell to a very deep river... Miho left the tank to save her comrades and they lost because they hit the Miho's tank... And then her mother say that she was a dishonor for her family...
I mean. Is serious? Your daughter risk her life to save her comrades and you said that SHE IS A DISHONOR FOR YOUR FAMILY?


At the end you can enjoy the show... but all of this points make that the plot has some weak points that you can not understand what's happening... I mean, for example: Miho when she finnally reach the battle against her sister... well her sister treat her like trash... Would be better if Miho let her comrades die inside the tank?
Everyone in her situation would make the same CHOICE. What kind of monsters are her family?

The sound... well, if you listen carefully you could heard some World War II songs but... It's not a big deal... I'm not a fan of war songs, they're placed correctly but for me it's all I can say about them...

The Art... it's good, inclusive the 3D.

The Characters... As I said about Miho, my main problem with she is the one I mentioned...
But it's curious that I only could remember her name, the rest of the characters except the Panzer Team are for have a big roster, these characters always make some stupid thing in a crucial moment because the Panzer Team is the star of the show who must destroy the enemies...

Overall, it's a great show, but for me there're some problems that could be improve when they were planning the anime, like Miho choosing "Maneuver with tanks" making a contradiction with what she said minutes early in the first chapter...

If you're a true fan of Saint Seiya ... maybe you must not see this anime...
This anime starts with a short battle between Seiya, the new Sagitarius Saint and Mars and when you hope to see the new power of the Saint they make a cut and put Kouga... the most stupid Saint in all the franchise.
All scenes with Kouga in the screen are unbearable. Kouga pass all the time talking about save Athena that's not bad if you do not looks like his lover...
It's okay if they want a new Pegasus Saint... but the character itself is hateful. Talking about the pegasus saint... the ... Cloth it's like latex or something like that. Do not look like metal... they look like cloth, like cotton or silk.

The plot is not better... in special the "Tournament Part" or the part of the Zodiac Temples...
The "Zodiac Temples" are a copy from the same battle in the original manga but worse. There are Gold Saints that do not respect the rules and have the gold armor... The Taurus Saint is a person who loves kill people to hear how your bones break... the Aquarius Saint let the "evil" curse his armor to be stronger... the Capricorn Saint is an Old Guy who in a moment becames Broly and fuck all the logic.
Finally the "Piscis Saint" who is like Gilgamesh from Fate/Stay Night... but less cool than Gilgamesh, of course.
This "arc" finish with Seiya letting Kouga using the Sagitarius Cloth... for plot reasons, to kill a God who appears from the nothing.

The Last Arc is the "Pallas Arc" in this Arc some cloths return to a form more like the Original Manga... but with gems, because they do not want to lose this magical girl anime touch...
All the battles in this arc are trash until they got to the Pallas Castle... the old Bronze Saints of Saint Seiya reappears to fight...
In the end Seiya upgrade his Cloth and a new enemy appears from nothing, again... fuck Seiya, broken his new armor in seconds, something very strange if you saw another Saint Seiya series before... And Kouga saves the day talking... yes, talking... in a fucking second, the enemy becames his friend and say farewell...

Please, do not watch this anime if you don't want suffer.
