Kazuya is, far and away, the most dislikeable and cringe-worthy character I've ever had the (dis?)pleasure of watching.
That said, this is honestly a solid RomCom with fantastic art, animation, and sound score.
The characters are largely archetypal, but they're done well and have a level of depth that makes them feel real.
But god damn are some episodes so awkward / cringey. I about dropped this series multiple times, just because I hate the feeling of second-hand embarrassment watching Kazuya be his stupidly moronic (but marginally endearing) self.
