Aho Girl and Kare Baka are anime about the everyday life of an idiot girl/boy, and most of the jokes revolve around that fact. They are both short anime and the comedy can be pretty similar and funny.

Both anime revolve around Magical Girls, everything may look cute in the beginning but, dark twists can show up at any moment. There is a cute pet-mascot that guides the characters but, can end up acting suspiciously in both anime and Snow White is very similar to Madoka. If you liked one of them, you will probably like the other one, too, since they both are deconstructions of the Mahou Shoujo genre and have a similar theme.

Both Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso and Piano no Mori are about music and the feelings of people with different playstyles. Kusei, just like Shuuhei, is extremely good at the piano and has been through tough training to always play according to the score and achieve his goals, while Kaori is playing according to her feelings, just like Kai. Both anime follow the thoughts and the interactions between the characters as they try to understand and learn from each other. If you liked Piano no Mori, but seemed a little short, you will defenitely like Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso, which shows more of the characters' feelings and interactions.
