Let's get this out of the way first. As someone who read all 51 chapters, would I recommend it to someone? No, please just spare yourself and don't get baited by the beautiful art and other reviews. I know everyone else is entitled to their own opinions but I don't know why else is recommending it to others. So, I will do you all a favor and say you would waste your time.
Let me warn you about this character Otaro, he is a pedophile, it was the one of the things that really bothered me and poisoned the whole story. So just beware that
...
this does happen and the author doesn't even bother to fix it all and none of the other characters see it as a problem other than the other kid who is the MC's friend, quite absurd really.
Another thing that was disturbing to me besides everyone just being bystanders to a child being groomed and m*lested, is the MC's brother. He at some point just did some weird things and led him to an encounter with a woman that pines after him but regardless if she likes him or not, and while some may say consent was there it was just a bit awkward and weird. But that just depends on how you take it personally.
Plot:
Okay, so the plot has so much potential. Like sooooo much potential. This manga could really be something very valuable, it would have been such a cool coming of age story with a bizarre world of much but all it took was a pedophile to ruin all of that. I don't hold Ran accountable for liking him and accepting his advances because she is a child. She is in her phase of wanting to be a grown up and doesn't really understand why it's wrong. I hold every other adult in this manga accountable, they all just stood by did nothing and accepted it. Completely absurd! It was was very frustrating, and because of that this story just leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
The potential was there but it was badly articulated and handled. We could have had a masterpiece but we ended up with a dumpster fire.
Issues aside, it was really cool to see a coming of age story of a child wanting to be a grown up but learning that grow up it's a process and a journey, as well as exploring her own magic and finding her purpose. Acting her age and trying to make friends but doesn't know how, it was great.
Art:
The art is absolutely stunning, that gets a 10 from me. It's very enjoyable and everything is clear. I can't add much more than that because there is nothing to nitpick about it.
Characters and World building:
Absolutely beautiful. The character designs are wonderful and the world building was amazing, lots of originality that I have never seen before in the genre of fantasy, so I give this a good 8.5 out of 10.
All in all, I don't recommend it. If you still want to read it to judge it for yourself, you are more than welcome to but to me I see it as a waste of time and a heartbreak because you will begin to read and realize that you may have found a masterpiece only to see it burn down to flames by the middle of it.

I first picked up Migi to Dali after I saw this manga would receive an anime adaptation.
That being said, I would like to begin with an excerpt from the manga at the start of Vol. 6 that explains the story a little more in detail for those whom are interested (if you are not please skip this part!), since I felt like for me the summary wasn't able to fully grab my attention, please be advised it could be spoiler or not depending on how you take it:
Migi to Dali is a story "that takes place in 1990 within the Newtown Oregon village located in
...
the northern district of Kobe city. [The] twin brothers, Migi and Dali, assume the identity of a single boy named 'Hitori Sonoyama' as they enter the village. The reason why they've done so is to seek and exact revenge on their Mother's murderer."
To begin with, the first thoughts that ever came to mind as I started where "Bizzare," and "creepy." And this is exactly what the story is like, everything is just so bizarre and eerily creepy that it gives me goosebumps! Of course, as the story progresses....things only get more disturbing! This story is definitely for those who enjoy mystery and thrillers.
The story is intriguing, the mystery of it all was done well by the author in my opinion. At some points, as I read, things got a bit confusing but I blame that it on the way it was story boarded. However, the art is gorgeously done! And the way it is done does a very good job of adding to the effect of the hair-rising atmosphere it has going on. This is especially true with the time period this is based on as well.
In terms of characters, I find them all to be great. Not to be biased because I like the story, but really because almost all of the characters are just strange and their actions are weird but justifyingly so. For example, the twins Dali and Migi, the way the act is super strange and weird, but it's because due to their circumstances while growing up they didn't have an environment in which they could adequately learn certain things. In the story we always witness them learning certain things, that to is just common sense. However, to them everything is a whole new world, which is interesting in the way they are able to adapt relatively fast and are able to work around stuff in order to solve the mystery.
All in all, this all I can really think about in regards to Migi and Dali. This is a story that I do recommend people to pick up and just give it a try, before you know it, you will also be eager in trying to figure out the mystery of just what the hell is happening in this small town and what secret it's trying to hide. Although, I didn't give it a score higher than 7, I genuinely enjoyed this manga and all it had to offer so I look forward to the anime!

If you're like me, then you probably have no interest in coding or any type of computer science. And that still stands true for me, the first time I tried learning code, I could just never wrap my brain around it. However, that is not true for our main protagonist Koreeda Kazuki, because his computer skills are the only thing really going for him so computers are his world.
When I first started this manga, it honestly did not grab my attention right away. I stopped reading it for sometime and would pick it up every so often to continue reading and boy am I glad
...
I continued! Honestly, the story is really intriguing, and even though I am not very knowledgeable in what is talked about, it is explained simply and in a manner that others can understand. I've truly learned the importance of good passwords and cyber security.
At some points the story does get a bit slow and then it picks up again, so others may find it hard to get through the slow pacing at times. However, as of this time I don't really have the correct words to describe how this manga makes me feel, the characters have all grown on me, especially Koreeda. His autism aside, I am also socially awkward and barely have any faith in myself. But seeing Koreeda go from a kid who had nothing going for him and was relishing in crime because it was what made him feel alive to a boy whom now has a set purpose to change the world was amazing! He wants to use his amazing hacking skills to revolutionize the world that is falling behind the constant evolving world of Technology and cyber crimes that many people during this time where still trying to figure how to deal with.
His dynamic with the angel investor Sakai is definitely one of my favorites, they both really help push each other forward. And no character in this manga is one-sided. They all feel like real people because of how well fleshed out they are.
If you are considering reading this, I say go for it! You don't need to understand the technicalities of computers or software, just read with an open mind and enjoy!

Hmmm Where to start?
Okay, to be honest I was very excited about this donghua from the first episodes, I really liked it. Especially the FL, I loved how she relied on her own strength and was tomboyish.
However, as the story went on I found myself dreading to continue. The Male Lead and other guys from this donghua are tactless, brats and above all conceited. I know it is part of their character since they are spoiled princes and the fact that this is an ancient china setting so of course the men will be sexist and there will be misogyny. I guess I was
...
hoping for a twist since so many reviews were hyping this show up. But I was very disappointed. I think the only tolerable one was Xiao Po, and like almost all of the princes just force themselves onto her or deprive her of personal space.
Plus, I hate the fact of her falling for Prince Ye, like at the beginning it wasn't bad but towards the end you can see its not flirting but sexual harassment. I don't like that a "love is blossoming" from such grounds. Prince Ye, literally has other women, and yes he didn't have a choice when marrying his concubines but he did for the lady Qingwan--whom he likes. So then there's that, I'm not a person into NTR so of course I don't like it.
Now, Prince Ye is someone who can't handle rejection at all. I know the whole trope of "You're the first woman to treat me like this," but I don't think this show was able to pull it off effectively, it just made Prince Ye look more like scum. Like all the other male characters. Which is why I gave this show this score, the writing started off strong but it then began to crumble, and the romance was extremely poor as well as the characters.
The only reason why I made it so far was because I was curious of the identity behind the man she calls Master, the ghosts and of course the FL. Unfortunately, I have that horrible opening stuck in my head, it's cringy yet I still watched it lmao The ending song was very good!
