True, it's hard to believe that this reveal was planned since way back in Skypiea, at least from how it's handled. It's rather like he later decided add something on the basis of his favorite moment. However, it's not an asspull either and it's clear that Oda put a lot of thought into this.

Agreed. Haikyuu is extremely good at making the opponents human. Most sports shows portray opponents as something you have to just defeat. But Haikyuu makes you care about them and realise they are human too with their own goals and ambitions. I love it.

Haikyuu also has a way of making you feel good. I can't describe the feeling but I always smile a lot while watching Haikyuu episodes. I regret not watching it sooner and I already wish I could watch this from the start without any memories of the anime. It is just that good. It is one of the rare animes/shows where choosing favourites feels bad. There are so many amazing characters.

Sure! I am waiting for more interesting characters. I already like Bokuto and his Hey! Hey! Hey!

I like Ukai and Takeda sensei too! They are definitely in my top 15 if not in the top 10.
Should I read these quotes after watching all the seasons?

I don't find Ushiwaka cocky or arrogant. He is one of the best players in the country at their level so he has every right to be proud of himself. His standards for a good player are also obviously higher so it is normal that he feels the players who others would find good are just average. And I think he is rather honest and straight-forward with his words. He doesn't beat around the bush. He has confidence in his abilities which is something I like.

S2 has been wonderful so far!

Tsukki's character improved a lot in this season! I like his development. I wasn't expecting it to be early on in the season but it was great to finally look through his perspective. I don't find it wrong that he used to think that the volleyball club was just a club. But I also agree that Ukai needs players who are willing to give their all. But I am glad he is improving. Of course it will take time but I loved the scene with Tsukki telling Yamaguchi that he is cool. Tsukki's smirk when he blocks is also really funny lol. Love it. (Yeah, I know I say that I love Haikyuu a lot because I do! It is amazing.)

As for Ennoshita, it was everything I was hoping for and more. It was great. I will talk about it more in my next message after I complete the next episode!
