I cannot fathom how much Yuzu and Mei look like Misaki and Usui if they were a lesbian couple, and while i mean that in terms of appearance, Mei, who look like Misaki, is too a student council president with a rude and cold personality

While they're pretty different, 'Millennium Actress' and 'The Tale of the Princess Kaguya' are still both movies about the life of a girl, its themes are very "Emotional And Captivating Fantasy Storytelling" according to Letterboxd which... yeah, true. Both movies are great and should be watched at least once.

Both of these shoujo manga deals with a dark haired girl protag with a hatred of men ( in Misaki's case, her hatred of men is more extreme than Rin's since Rin is just distant from them ), both manga also has a popular blond male lead who's really popular with girls and doesn't show much emotion
