I cannot believe the top reviews giving such low scores, but I can understand that. I too really hate generic character molds and cliches, but yet I find this heartwarming story to be quiet enjoyable and an in-a-way-fun journey. Mind you I am not a "sophisticated" or veteran reviewer, so to express how I feel about this anime, I give not the scores for art or other categories besides enjoyment. And for enjoyment it was a 9/10. The actual anime is an 8, but the ending (I just finished it a few minutes ago) kinda boosted it up a bit.
And here are words to meet
...
the MAL review word requirements.

Appalling!
Some spoilers ahead. Doesn't matter anyway, cause you won't need to watch this show. Oh, but there's also a major Your Lie in April spoiler. Now let's get down to it,
It's absolutely appalling.
Flat characters. Stupid development. Trying to make MC looks like some saintly dude when he's just a m*****f*cking pussy of a human being.
The anime is a clusterfuck of cliches and cringe. They copied almost the annoying cliches of annoying anime, they also copied from good anime, but they did it no justice. I decided to drop after episode 4, but since I was bored I decided to watch eps 5, and KAZAMM!
...
Another cringey cliche and makes-no-sense development. Now I shall reveal to you what those cliches and rip-offs are.
One: the main heroine has some illness that's gonna kill her. Why? How is this necessary to the plot? Well, it may be necessary to character development, but I do not feel it whatsoever. Your Lie in April handled this excellently, but 3D Kanojo fucks up everything. For 3D Kanojo, it's just there for the drama and the sad ending or a cliche twist at the end. Fucking predictable.
Two: I don't need to mention it since it's obvious, but this thing's "romance" is just like Hajimete no Gal. An otaku with a Gyaru. But the thing is, at the very least, the MC in Hajimete no gal is somewhat likable (compares to this guy in 3D Kanojo, the dude is like superman).
Three: it tries to make the MC sounds cool, but it just ends up making MC looks like a weakass bitch, the kind that always get NTR'ed.
Four: Now in episode 5, for whatever reason, they had the same shitty writing as Hajimete no Gal, and what's worst is it's the shittiest part of Hajimete no Gal that is done here in 3D Kanojo. Don't the producers look at other anime's reviews and fan comments to learn to make better anime? Just like in Hajimete no Gal, the gyaru girlfriend gets annoyed and leaves the MC because the MC feels inferior to hot dudes that hit on the gyaru and voices his feeling to the gyaru.
Conclusion: I do not see how this anime gonna turn into anything good. I have seen bad anime before, but after 3 episodes I will watch them to the end, but this, when I see a new episode comes out, I say to myself "Yeah, dude, I know you're bored. But that thing will just waste your time. Go find other anime." This is the first anime that makes me say that!
To put it in perspective, I am a very loose score giver (you can check my profile the mean score is above 8), and I give this show 1!!!

Story: 7.
At the end, I wonder why this is not an anime series. It has a decent plot with some expected but still a bit surprising twist.
Art: 8.
Too focus on you know what to notice, but what I did focus on was great.
Sound: 9.
Ah yes, sound. Great moans, I suppose.
Character: 7.
...
It's a hentai, what do you expect? backstories? got 3 sec of it. character development? next to none. Again, it's HENTAI! But who says backstory's a must for great characters. The side characters (the dude and the spider monster) were very interesting.
*Spoiler alert*: major keyword: 'were'
Enjoyment: 7.
I did not cum cause plot was too good. Enough said.
Overall: 8.
Recommend, totally recommend it. I can't guarantee you'll cum though. Best when you got no anime to watch, bored, and alone in a locked room.

Story: If you're looking for something serious, this show will disappoint. But given Keijo!!!!!!!!'s trailer and synopsis, who would expect it to be serious? I believe I can safely assume that anyone who is attracted to this show expects it to be comedy. And yes, it is total comedy with some not so serious moments.
Art: meh....not average, but not astounding. No unnecessary fanservice. Heck no fanservice at all, I say, except for that one episode with a 3 second tentacle scene. (Yes, there are boobs and asses, but most of the time the story will take your attention away from it)
Character: deeply thought out characters,
...
but it's not the characters that draw me to the anime. It was the plot and comedy. And Yes, plot not 'Plot'
Sound: Good enough I suppose. I watched both dub and sub. They were equally good. However in the dub they rephrase most lines to take out dirty jokes. If you watched the subbed, at one episode you would see the subtitle 'He came.....*not gonna give spoiler*....' The 'came' here given the context was a really dirty and *beep* joke. (beep cause of spoiler alert)
*To all you dub lovers, you don't have to stop your devotion.
Enjoyment: 9. Gintama (I gave it enjoyment 10) made me laugh harder. This show is certainly worth the watch if you're looking for a good laugh. And it doesn't make you want to binge either.
Overall: 7 (the score I wanted to give it). But going by the subscores I've given Keijo!!!!!!!!, mathematically, it's 8.

Story 7
It gets repetitive at time and you can kinda just know the way a new female character will join the harem. Even though it's genre includes harem, it totally doesn't feel like it most of the time while reading.
Art 8
Character 8
There is actual and great character development, especially near the end and during the story as well, most are great and a few could've been done better.
How the girls were able to settle their feelings and meet up with each other again was just...you'll have to read to see.
Enjoyment 8
Jokes get repetitive, but still enjoyable. Would've given it a 7 if it wasn't for
...
the ending. Story in the around the middle half is pretty slow paced too.
Overall 8
Highly recommend it.
