Yearning to make friends and perform live with a band, lonely and socially anxious Hitori "Bocchi" Gotou devotes her time to playing the guitar. On a fateful day, Bocchi meets the outgoing drummer Nijika Ijichi, who invites her to join Kessoku Band when their guitarist, Ikuyo Kita, flees before their first show. Soon after, Bocchi meets her final bandmate—the cool bassist Ryou Yamada. Although their first performance together is subpar, the girls feel empowered by their shared love for music, and they are soon rejoined by Kita. Finding happiness in performing, Bocchi and her bandmates put their hearts into improving as musicians

while making the most of their fleeting high school days.
As a hardcore Action shounen fan at first I was neglecting to watch a Slice of Life anime COMEDY at top of that. But when I first watch the first 3 episode of Bocchi the Rock, I was shocked this anime is so well written and so relaxing it's different to the usual Slice of Life anime. Bocchi the Rock opened a whole new enjoyment in anime for me. Bocchi is so good that I enjoyed everything about the anime as a whole this anime is a new feeling for me It's like a food that is balanced in spices and create an overwhelming taste. Bocchi has been an absolute different plain of anime for me personally and It is so satisfying seeing her improvement for the past 12 episode and I highly recommend it to watch to pass out time or just to fill that empty hole in you're heart after finishing a good anime.
Strong point:
I really love how this anime brings out so much positivity and hard working in the making, I love how I personally can relate to one of the characters in the anime(Especially Ryo cause I'm broke, even though I don't play any instruments For the first time I feel like I wanna play Bass), I also love how the author really put their time and effort into the anime so that it can focus on Music instead of their daily life like in other anime, another strong point of the anime is that they see other bands concert and learn from them like how Ryo stopped getting immersed in her world while playing her Bass, Bocchi gradually stopped staring down on the audience, and many more. I love how the studio gave such a well-worn detail on the poster in Starry.
Weak point:
Honestly coming to this review I kind a find it hard to see a weak point in the anime beside that we don't really see too much character development on a few of their band members, and frankly speaking I feel like this anime is lacking something but I just can't find the word for it.
Conclusion:
In Conclusion Bocchi the Rock gave me a lot of new and fun experience jumping through the Slice of Life anime and I really love how they incorporate the scenery, how they give the visuals a stunning look, and the minimal fanservice and I enjoy it. Will I rewatch this? Yes, in a few more months, Is this anime worth trying? Indeed it is, Is it newcomers friendly? Absolutely.
My original score was 6.7 from the first 3 episode, since I finished it, it skyrocketed to 9.2 in my book! Give it a try and I Hope this review helped any new people to anime and I Hope that you guys can enjoy Bocchi just like I enjoy this anime. Thanks for reading my review may you have a good day reader!
