I would say it is 100% worth it. 95% of tomoyo after story is not in the series or OVA. Its great trust me.

Haha, by all means, go ahead! Do bear in mind that I rate pretty harshly, but anything I give a 6 or higher is something I'd definitely recommend (depending on the person, of course). :)

And yeah, Aria is fantastic—my all-time favorite series by leaps and bounds. It's tricky to recommend to some people since not everyone has the patience for such a slow anime, but if you're ever in the mood for something relaxing, I couldn't think of a better choice. It's the kind of show that rewards the viewers who stick with it until the end, because at that point the world feels like a living, breathing entity, and the characters seem like genuine human beings. Combined with the atmosphere, music, and beautifully handled resolutions, it's truly a one-of-a-kind experience.

Quite a few anime and manga recs!

Hey, following up on the Citrus recommendation. I just finished it this evening and thought it was great! A fairly solid 8 for me. Definitely to my tastes - Shoujo Ai with plenty of sexuality and spicy drama! It's been a minute since I've enjoyed something enough to binge so many episodes at once, completing the entire second half of the season back-to-back.

I had some more written about it but I'll send it in a PM because talking while avoiding spoilers is tricky and I don't want to leave spoilers on your profile.

Thanks again for the recommendation! You haven't even started Yagate Kimi ni Naru and I've finished yours! For shame! Seriously though, check it out when you have the time and are in the mood, don't rush in just because I tell you to. Won't enjoy it to the fullest like that.

The only things in the world more meaningless than MAL average scores are MAL reviews.

YagaKimi is great. I don't want to oversell it, but well, you saw my score. It's got a really, how to put it, tender sort of atmosphere. The characters have depth and the romance is compelling. Also on a technical level, the art, directing and voice work is all top-drawer. The only thing it lacks is a satisfying ending. Fingers crossed for season 2.

Citrus I've heard a lot about. Another yuri romance. Definitely on my radar. In fact, I need a new anime to start and might go with that this evening.
