After the 1st season this show has been going nothing but downhill. The 2nd season was already pretty bleak but at least it resolved the initial betrayal that started this whole story off.
Now, don't watch harem anime if you do not like harem, but it was actually kinda nice to see an MC that actually chooses one of the love interests. That's why it is just purely annoying to see all these chicks trying to force themselves into that relationship and this season does not make it better.

I finally slogged through this and at the midway point I decided that I was going to write a review, because it finally clicked what irks me about this anime - also I only vibe with 1 not recommended review here. I feel like the other reviews in that category focus too much on small details, omit or glance over some aspects or simply miss the point due to nonsensical reasons.

Tl;dr: it looked like it was going to go down the Boruto road but they're starting to swerve in the last second. Art style and music are solid. From the end of the prequel we already got to know our MC Hana a bit, mainly that his character is more like Anna's than You's.
