They have about the same concept. A supernatural male is in love with a human innocent girl. Akuma na Eros is however meant for more mature audiences and has a shorter story. I personally liked how Love Monster was longer and had more characters involved, however, Akuma na Eros is also very good and like I said for adults only, smutty towards the end! ^_^

They are both similar in the way that they both have a weak female lead with a handsome and possesive male lead who secretly loves them but does not show it appropriatly. They are both meant to be read for adults as they contain smut.
