“What life is…”
Story…
Usagi Drops gives a heartwarming story where a man meets a little girl, not knowing what path they will take towards their life, as both of them doesn’t know at first that fate brings them together. It is sort of a realistic story as this man “Daikichi” came into the life of this little girl “Rin”, due to their status in life and the gap between their ages, both of them are having a hard time expressing their feelings towards to each other. Being the older one, he must take the responsibility to understand the situation that she is currently experiencing.
The main
...
attraction would be the simplicity of enjoying life that turns to be extraordinary by being true to their selves. As the story goes, there are happy and sad moments, obstacles, and new encounters that gave me some second thought. Even though it was a bumpy ride for them, it always gave a perfect smile that it must not be over thought. It may be a simple storyline where daily task are done in an ordinary manner, but the way it flows, it became extraordinary when just giving it a smile and not over thinking it.
Even if the story is just like that when the turn of events, the flow, and the right execution are made right it will make a great and nice story.
Art & Animation…
All is great with art & animation. The shade of colors that is used in the background, characters, and scenery really matched well in the theme and as a slice of life story. Art in OP and ED are also beautiful and adds a plus to the series. Characters are drawn in a detailed manner, sharper and clearer. The way it animated where they show different emotions, faces and gestures brings additional feelings towards it which is also nice.
Sound…
It has a happy OP song that makes a good start and a soft and tender ED song to end it on every episode. Even inside an episode there are times that sound will make you happy, though there are times it makes you sad. As a slice of life, sound effects can cast a valuable role where it brings out the emotions of characters, on what they really felt.
Characters…
Daikichi is a caring, responsible, and neat guy who sees that everything will be fine while Rin is a caring, responsible, and adorable child who seeks somebody who will love her. Maintaining their relationship as a guardian and a child makes this anime interesting as they unfold their emotions towards each other. Also the greatness with it is the supporting characters that help them to achieve what they truly desire in life and reveal who truly they are.
Enjoyment…
The enjoyment takes place by being who they are and what they imply in life. It is the reason that gives entertainment and a heartwarming feeling. Everything in the setting like the plot, the sounds & backgrounds, and the characters, if they are mixed all together, it ends with an awesome slice of life story.
Overall…
It is a simple yet outstanding slice of life story. A refreshing anime to watch, a definitely must not missed anime. 9/10 overall…

“The final course”
The Story…
Continuing the momentum from the beginning of this anime, S6 became the pinnacle of all the seasons. This is where being as a professional took place and done, a stage where honor and passion given away to fight over to be the only one on the top. Ambition, passion, and spirit like the preceding season never fade away as new encounters and obstacles being added to give some twist and tale to tell for a whole new season. With a whole new story to come up, this series gives the same essence like before while a new bunch of characters that
...
will gather around not only for Goro but also with the situations and obstacles that he’ll face.
While the past season is all about competitiveness and perseverance of two or more person, this time it gives a different perception on the series; for how it will turn to be in a professional league, the mechanics into it, and having strengths and weaknesses being on a team. A series where there are different tales about some characters that will be involved. Similar for what the past seasons have, it contains different emotions that will bring out the drama and spirit of a player.
The flow of the story seems a bit off from what it has before because it focuses and maintains a balance feature of drama and sports action. Having a setting like that will not be boring to watch as it takes different emotions and scenes to consider. Even though, it still has the same competitive aspects but less impact as a whole.
Art & Animation…
It has the same method and style like before, but they focus more on scenery designs and effects of a particular scene. Having a refreshing and vibrant art gives more impact not only to the story but also to the characters involved. Both OP and ED theme have their own art and animation that is beautiful and touching as it depicts the meaning of the story. The characters are drawn in such fitted manner connecting to their appearance and attitudes in which we can easily tell the uniqueness among them. Also the animations here are just right for each actions and reactions on a particular scene. As a baseball park or even outside of it, we cannot disregard the minor details like the great lightings which help to maintain the clarity of a picture, and the people cheering and other extras that been sighted to be entertaining. All of them have a big role to the series for it to become more attractive, as it serves an additional factor of excitement and thrill.
Sound…
At the start of the series, hearing the song “Kokoro e” is quite reminiscing where they already used it as an OP song before. Hearing a song like that will surely come up to your senses, which from the start of the anime until now, you vividly followed the series. Although the rhythm of the ”Kokoro e” today was new, it never drops the essence of it to the story, and gradually helps to maintain a calm and catchy OP.
In the ending, “Twilight Star” have a fast beat and energetic tune which is perfect because the series contains such thrill, excitement, and tension among players, while "For Years..." have a slow beat and harmonic tune which is also rhyme to the series because for years, remembering those moments, this is the time where all of those are being granted, thus, it adds an effect to the flow of the story. Having these OP and ED songs completely adds impact to the series
The BGM and sounds inside and outside the field surely brings tension and thrill, for each of them will sway your emotions and excitement on what will happen next. Excitingly the cheering, reactions, and emotions being fired away was way above than the past couple of seasons, which this time, it totally adds a great impact to the story as well.
Characters…
New season means there are also new characters to be seen. Looking for the main protagonist of the story, which is Goro, with his stubbornness that always brings excitement and suspense to the show seems like to become quite a thinker and been more obedient. But one thing that still hasn’t gone into his trait is being aggressive all the time, always in a high spirit; giving all he got and never give up, and being a sportsman to its fellow player.
On the side note that Goro is now in a professional baseball team, there are some of his teammates have done quite remarkable in the series. Murdoch has a fierce personality in physical and mental state; Watts, a senior and proved to be a leader of the team; Keane, a past teammate, and have been quite observant to the surroundings; nevertheless, the other teammates have done a great job supporting the team. With all of these characters, working alone with Goro’s instinct isn’t suitable for his current team, while all his teammates also achieving its only goal.
By adding new characters that blends to the story and situations turns more like a true scenario which they adopt, but the fiery ambition around it seems to be reduced while keeping it balanced with the drama instead. Now that Goro proves that he can outmatch any batter, it looks like most of his rivals might fade away, which may affect on the heat towards the series.
With such characters in the series, it creates a mixture of different personalities as the focus will be varied on the situation. In the end, the essence still remains while maintaining a balanced and exciting feature.
Overall & Enjoyment…
This season becomes more established by stabilizing the sports action, drama, and its essence. This might be not as fiery as its preceding, but it’s more like having a variation of emotions and actions of different characters involved. Along with a mixture of elements such as sounds and art, it makes a big contribution, which affects and energizes the whole situation or events within the series. Having all this elements balanced out, Goro still makes a persistent attitude that will enchant most of the viewers. All in all the series may give a different level of excitement along with the effects and animation towards its story.
**Watch the prequels to maximize the enjoyment and understanding about the story. Hope it helps =)

After watching the OVA I felt an urge of seeing more of this as the anime is been compressed with a short period of time which result into such dismay
The Story…
With such high anticipation for this anime, seeing and feeling shallow spark throughout the story is a bit disappointing while it seemingly turns out to be a typical scenario of a two junior high school students that creates friendship along the way. On their way, this ‘another world’ which is questionable in some terms to the plot becomes one of the assets of the story that adds twist, action, and drama, which turns out
...
to be quite entertaining due to the method they use for such scenes, but judging on the looks of it, they created a complex concept into it.
The main attraction would be drama and action of the story. Simultaneously they will bring up scenes that will captivate your senses. But due to its environment, it looks like that it is not likely effective and doesn’t give such immense impact to the story itself. Also, the way they represent it as a whole became less attractive even though some of the scenes were truly worthy and touching.
Art & Animation…
This might be just right for you if you like a different illustration of action as it shows some of its magnificent character movements and backdrops, which truly helps on bringing life to the anime. Besides on that, they also have beautiful backgrounds, detailed character designs, and impressive scenery that blend to the setting.
Sound…
The sounds really blend in with the action and the drama of the story. Calm, dramatic, fast beating and silent BG sounds which brightens and suits to the OVA.
Character…
The character traits here are also common. One with an energetic trait, Mato, while the other is quite timid, Yomi, usage of these traits is not new but adopting this in the OVA surely affects the whole story. There are some ups and downs into it. The ups are, it maintains the flow of the story to the level which is not boring, and it also became quite interesting, but the downs are, it doesn’t have other aspects that will surprise the viewers on watching.
Enjoyment…
The story is quite predictable and plain but it also has some good parts into it. The art, animation, and sounds blend together while the characters simply match into it. The only thing that you may not be fond of is the development of the story which is quite intriguing of what is hidden inside of the content.
Overall…
It contains a simple story with a different style of maintaining the enjoyment throughout the show. An action mixed with drama context around the characters is colorful, but don’t expect too much about it as a whole while it contains a plain feature, nice designs but not on the plot.

Durarara!! is a compilation of stories with various highlights that brings different view and interpretation to the viewers. A content that evolved and has been developed inside a so-called society named ‘Ikebukuro’. It contains a balanced pace where the occurrences of the story are being told in a fast-slow manner while adding lots “I mean LOTS” of interesting plot to bend.
Beginning with its introduction, at first, it may be some typical storytelling of events that we might have seen before but when the story rolls you may be attracted on its different way of introducing characters and events that seems promising.
The show holds so
...
many interesting plots and laughable gag which became amusing and a big factor why this show proves that it’s different than the other shows. Also, the show introduces characters and events in such a way that it picks up the good vibes, episode by episode, having a feeling of shock and awe while being presented to give great amusement.
Obviously, it stands out on creating wonderful plots, connecting each of the dots, twisting some important arcs that have a capability to excite viewers, and giving an experience throughout the environment and scenes that became worth while. All I can say is that they’ve done a great job on developing such plots but there is quite a flaw to it; it may lacks on impact, some of the highlights seems fading away without a trace, and a possibility that the thrill found on the other arcs would not be the same or equal, so up to this point I find it quite a problem as some of them became weak.
Ikebukuro is simply a neighborhood where great events and mysteries are bound to happen. Consisting of people with different attitudes, status, and form of living, the involvement of these characters truly shines as it liven up the surroundings and giving amazing feedback that brings quite an attraction for the viewers.
Honestly, without such characters, this show wouldn’t be that great as these characters are piled to meet the expectation of the viewers such as Izaya, Shizuo, Celty, the trio (Masaomi, Mikado and Anri), and also with the involvement of all the characters. Arc by arc, such characters have created good stories to tell and to see which revolves between main and supporting characters and within the society itself, by that it maintains the show to its high level of excitement.
It seems that not only the story and characters correlates but also the art and theme gives fascinating view which is truly a nice pair throughout the whole series. If you’re fond of a nice and detailed art, this series would fit for you as it contains a clean and bright art within a gloomy and peculiar scene. It outshines and adds effects that bring pleasure and good ambiance for the audience to feel.
Also, adding these great aspects (voice emphasis, sound effects, background sounds) it brings the series at its fullest, as these helps to appreciate more what is being told and being presented on such scenes. Don’t forget the sounds for the OP Theme & ED Theme which also puts such effort to give lovely and melodic music for the intros and ends.
As an overall, the series contains many interesting plots that give various level of excitement, a nicely animated and drawn that will attract viewers from watching it, nice soundtracks and effects that makes the series more attractive and fun, creative character attitudes and design that helps the story became more appealing. It has a nice package of entertainment that will vary to the taste of the viewer one after the other.
In the end it is worth while watching this but for me I just truly enjoyed only half of the total series or some picked arcs while the others is quite a filler just to be entertained until it meets its climax.

“Adjoining space”
Come and step inside to a place where full of ridiculous adventures yet to be unfolded unto its end. Begin to discover a world where there’s a variety of monologues to be heard that has an uncertain point. Last but not the least, experience a non thrilling ride where usually some of its scenes is just being annoying. Upon watching it you may feel that it has some intriguing and exciting storyline to expect, but it turns out to be a dull story that doesn’t have any unique or amazing element to be amazed on. It has a story that is composed with such
...
absurdity which most of them brings a lot of headache to become seriously understandable. Also, as the monologues don’t suit on the situation either on the story, this becomes an exchange of bland thoughts that gives either fluster or total denial on continuing this series.
With its failure due to its story, there might be a couple or few to be entertained on. One, it contains a fighting scenes that is quite interesting due that it composed of characters that have different abilities and artwork to polish each of its scenes, yet it might be as common for the others to say as it doesn’t stands out to be different or unique. Second, with the help of the music and background sounds it emphasizes the movement and flow of each scene, characters, and effects throughout the show. Lastly, it’s the only thing that this series greatly posses which brings different emotions, CHARACTERS! which is some of them are common, funny, silly, and a source of fan service (just being sarcastic on these, but it’s quite true) that might be the asset of this show.
Speaking of the characters, my first impression is… speechless. Cannot describe with just words but can conclude that it is a bunch of lame, stereotype, and somehow non-entertaining due to its foolish actions. I’ll say that the other side (enemies) is much better than most of the leading/non-leading characters, but sadly to say, the series just contains a little amount of episodes that will focus more to the abilities of the enemies or maybe to improve the character development. On its way be glad to see some of the leading/non-leading character that puts effort on giving just a little up to big amount of excitement and thrill. Overall, it’s not good neither bad but don’t expect to see some amazingly different from the characters as they move throughout the series.
Obviously I can’t understand on what elements they’re trying to focus on this series. It seems that because it contains few episodes they convey on and didn’t manage to emphasize the story itself but rather they add some random scenes just to fill it out, However, these kind of scenes didn’t manage to give anything significant to the show rather it’s full of idiocy that brings disappointment as an overall. I don’t think it’s recommendable with all of its ‘amazing crap’ aspects. If you are curious about it, just try it out and enter the world of foolishness. As soon as you ‘finish’ the 12 episodes you may consider yourself lucky to be out to that world. As for me I’m just curious on how the ending went but sadly to say it’s still the same as where I started.

“Distances”
The Story... Kimi ni Todoke have an impressive yet typical storyline that revolves about a girl and a guy with unrequited feelings from each other. An essence of romance yet to be seen that is filled with cheesy, laughable, and silly moments of each character involved. It contains a storyline with precise approach of idea that is somewhat predictable yet attractive because of the mood it draws out on each episode. Concerning on being a romantic series, it also have a harmonious approach between characters that gives an additional delight. It is a kind of a love boat trip on where we sit back and
...
enjoy tightly as we see the ups and downs, twists, and memorable scenes it has to offer. The series gives high standards for it to be watched because it didn’t focused only with one aspect which is romance rather it shown such many different emotions for us to be experienced and pleased on. Nevertheless, with its rather amazing storyline the series might give you such wonderful feedback and amusement.
Art & Animation... The series gives such bubbly, fascinating, and lively background that carries the ambiance of the story. By having a clean and detailed art, the sensation of having a romantic and comical scene becomes more appreciative and attractive as it leaves a wonderful mark. For the animation, the scenes is quite typical as its shows as sweet as possible, hilarious than ever, and being emotional than before, but even though it is quite just the same as we’ve seen from the others there are some unique qualities that this series hold which cause the series to truly shine.
Sound... It isn’t that grand as I’ve expected but it contains such breathtaking, refreshing, and tender background sounds that truly sync to the story itself. The series use a low pitch and melodic sound that increases the aura of romance, not to mention to some of the entertaining ones. OP song that gives an angelic and captivating feeling and ED song that gives an adorable and soothing tune. It is just the appropriate sound for its theme that gives the right impact to the overall series.
Characters… All characters have contributed such major impact to the story that to be considered memorable, a variety of characters that have done a great job on each of their roles. The series have a charming and also a bit disturbing personalities to been seen depending on the roles they’ve performed. The focus might be on these pair of characters that really moves and fascinates the flow of the story being told. Kuronuma which brightens the show, while Kazehaya who complete the essence of the series. It has a scenic progression of their lives that reveals various feelings and outcome to be on one another. An additional detail is by having other characters put such great effort to make the show impressive which also increase the factor of the surroundings and its individual aspect. Regardless of the character representation that is predictable and common, they have just done it in a well manner way that is attractive enough to absorb the essence of the story which is truly amazing.
Enjoyment & Overall… It’s a romantic trip that offers a nice ambiance between the story, interaction of different characters, and laughing moments to enjoy. It’s a ride on where the flow of the story might be simple but has a promising result. It is a kind of anime where backgrounds, animation, sounds or either characters is responsible for being attractive. Being independent without these different aspects may affect the overall outcome and will become just a simple anime. All I can say is that they have managed to do something great from a simple and overly used layout.

“Connection unknown”
The Story… This may be not your typical anime so be prepared to tweak your minds on some mind-boggling monologues, pieces of strange situations, and phenomenon that will aggravate into your senses. To start of with, it contains a vague storyline that correlates with different mysteries and cognitive aspects. This might be a bit discouraging as they show such random scenes on every episode, but as soon as it moves on it shows such a very psychological and logical atmosphere that becomes a game of mystery around the main character named Lain. With every strange monologues and phenomenon happening, it pushes your curiosity
...
to know what’s behind to all of this even though its interpretation is quite hard to identify. The series might hook you until the end as it has an entertaining yet unclear point of view that you’ll surely want to think of to. All in all, wrap up with a less amount of episodes, the series truly shown an ambiguous and astonishing storyline that you may never seen before.
Art & Animation… A ‘1998 animation’ might be a hindrance to try watching this, so don’t expect too much on the backdrops and colors in the series. Usually In an anime art is a big factor on adding pleasure, but in this series it may be difficult to appreciate the art as you may view it of having a bland, shady, and somewhat unattractive design but even though you may think that way you might reconsider it as the art & animation have done such great impact that spice up the aura of the story.
Sound… The sounds matched perfectly to the theme as it gives a major impact to the story which is dark, mysterious, and breathtaking. The series use such low pitch and gloomy sound that affects the overall pleasure throughout the show. OP song that gives a mysterious feeling and ED song that gives creeps through you. Having this brings a lot more impact to its mystery and by having an ambiguous condition.
Character… Her existence is quite nostalgic. Lain, is an image that links between the real and the imaginary or ‘The Wired’ world. She’s a very interesting character with a peculiar personality, so following her as seen of being a simple girl towards to her unusual self might be a strange trip. Her conceptualization about the surroundings is beyond thinking as some sort of life and death, superior and inferior, but in the end her reaction on it has a deeper meaning. Involving the surroundings, all the other characters are mere pieces of her existence that reveals her emotions and personality as she follows the path for where she seeks the rightful place. Truly being the spot light on the series gives such amazing feedback that wouldn’t be easily to forget.
Enjoyment & Overall… It’s a guessing game that will take some time to solve. It has 13 episodes that are filled with different emotions and perceptions. Even though the development of the story is a bit weird but in the end it has some perspective that stands out. It is a kind of anime that you might appreciate a lot better if you’re those kinds that thinks clearly into a situational event before making a judgment on its core output. In terms of being a psychological and logical this might be the most bizarre anime that I’ve ever seen. Caution: It may ruin your day on figuring out what’s happening but in the end it might give you an extreme feeling.

"Believing"
The Story...
It has a slow paced and concrete story about connection, coordination, and trust between fellow players. It starts of with a fate of some high school students that gathers from a newly established baseball team which dreamed about the same one goal. It begins an introduction of having bonds on every character, continuing to the plot that brings hardship and good times. It is quite simple to follow the flow of the story even though it is baseball related. It directly points out to the cast around the sports itself. Strongly, the story moves along with having a simple life, development, and challenge that
...
will put into their shoes.
Art & Animation...
Both art and animation are good. The characters are animated based on their unique traits, and designed simple enough with distinction. The backgrounds and scenery adds some nice colors and give life on every game and scene; cheering squads, extras, and minor details are done pretty well. The animation for each movement they’ve made inside and outside the field is also clear and nice enough.
Sound...
The sounds here truly intend to bring heat and excitement. Tension, cheering, and reactions are perfectly matched. The OP and ED songs are also a good thing as it becomes catchy and nice thing to hear. Definitely a suitable sounds to be heard throughout the series that increase excitement and thrill to the series.
Characters…
It has a pretty nice build of characters that presents different traits throughout the series. The series have characters which hold respect & equality among members, compete to become helpful from one another, and keep dreaming to reach their goal as a team. All their efforts and backgrounds behind is fun to watch as the main plot continues.
There is one quite odd thing that will catch your attention throughout the series, a pitcher that has a disturbing trait. I don’t know whether it’s a good thing or not to continue this trait of his, but as I continue this series I just get used to it and it doesn’t give much enjoyment like at the first time rather it sometimes turns out to be annoying and overused.
Enjoyment…
Following the series is exciting and has a really good development of story and characters. The method of how they use to connect the baseball field between characters and story really shines at this series. This becomes a realization that one can change by knowing and putting some trust to the person who you believe. The show maybe quite a slow paced, but with the help of that it really shows the essence of being a part of a group which is shown well and gives a good vibe to the series. One thing I’m quite annoyed about is the pitcher, as his trait is being a pain or maybe it does intends to be that way just to give entertainment and comedy. Honestly I’m troubled to keep that way considering that it have a nice story and environment which is different and unique from the other same genre.
Overall…
It truly stands out from the other same genre which depends on one or few characters for giving entertainment, but this series isn’t working alone rather all the characters have a special role to contribute as it becomes a wonderful and thrilling to watch. Overall, it consists of a wonderful plot, sounds, and art & animation, but, on the other hand one or two things can ruin everything.

"A four leaf clover"
The Story...
The story starts off with a dramatic scenes and continuously moving towards the main story. An introduction of a boy named Kitamura Kou. Along the way he will encounter some trials and changes in life, facing it and surpassing these kinds of problems he’s encountering will be hard at start, but looking at the bright side might help him to keep moving. Finally, being a part of a baseball team is quite a change for him, but knowing that he got a talent from it, he strive to do better for his own will. After that, there is a girl who
...
is quite close to him or kind of an acquaintance of his named Tsukishima Aoba. At start it is quite funny, but when she is close to Kou it’s going to be quite an annoyance on her side. A story between baseball team and these two will fill up some nice entertainment and brings a kind of twist to the story as it moves along.
The main attraction here would be having a soft, light, and balance flow of events about the drama, comedy, romance, and most probably about baseball. It focuses on how to accomplish the trials and encounters the story gets. Fulfilling a dream as an individual, a team, or for other sake will be added as it became an interesting plot. Since it involves sports, giving such determination and willingness to perform well in a game may be attractive as they put such tension and thrill into it. The development of the story is good since it has 50 episodes to watch. They focus on the flow of the main and other characters in the story while giving also a great impact to the main arc itself. It is a kind of development that is done slowly, little by little, arc by arc. Also putting a comedy and drama scene to the story gives something else for the viewers to be entertained of, for which to avoid boredom.
Art & Animation...
The art & animation is great. The backgrounds, the sceneries, and other minor details on the story are surely detailed and have a radiant effect that appears on every episode of the series. As for the OP and ED theme, it definitely matches on the whole story itself. The characters are drawn in such a way that probably most children can appreciate, while it is animated based on its specific situation. All are well drawn and animated based on each scene which brings such nice feeling to the whole series.
Sound...
A cheerful, lively, calm, and something deep BG music and sounds will be heard. It is a kind of sounds that surely bring pleasing effects throughout the story. Also both OP and ED songs here are something nice to hear as it gives soothing and attractive melody that is nicely suitable for the series.
Characters…
The main characters in this series give a lot of entertainment and add some interesting plot to the story. These three main which are Aoba, Kou, and Yuuhei, they may have some similarity on their traits, but deep inside of them they have some unique traits to tell. And for the supporting and other characters that appears throughout the show, they made it complete as they give meaning, laughter and drama to the series.
Enjoyment…
It has a promising story to tell. A kind of anime that keeps you interested on the flow of the story. A story that gives something to laugh about and at the same time gives some drama to reminisce over. Adding such ideal art & animation to the story makes it truly fascinating; sounds that matches the theme and the traits of the characters that are nice to hear; and characters that supports the story makes it even worthy to watch.
Overall…
On its concept and development of the story, it is nice to have as it has a well balanced atmosphere between sports, romance, and comedy. It is a series that includes such wonderful art that affects the overall image of the story, an animation that matches the traits and delivery of each character, and sounds that helps to add some feelings to the show. It’s quite a nice mix of these as they make a wonderful story to tell.

“Delivery service to hell“
The Story...
It might be a little odd & quite unique in a way that people are getting sent to hell. A story which revolves to a creepy and a psychological way as the main character Enma Ai fulfills someone’s desire to make revenge on someone. As Enma Ai being the Hell Girl and the ones responsible in doing such hideous actions, it brings such mystery to the story as in each episode there are different tales to tell with different personalities to view. little, knowing the reasons behind it. With the development of the story, there are minor arcs & major arc to consider, as minor arcs fills up and strengthen the background of the story while the major arc follows the path and the reason behind the whole series.
Art & Animation...
It is quite good for the art & animation. The series use a dark backgrounds that support the creepiness of the story and animations that is just the right thing to see in a horror genre. They are also drawn and animated based on each scenario including different and detailed sceneries, but sometimes there is similarity to be seen.
Sound...
Screams, shouts and other BG music and sounds that pertains to the scenario of the story gives a nice effect throughout the show, The OP song is quite a catchy song and ED that has a melodic and slow tune, also voices of characters is quite okay.
Characters…
Enma Ai, the protagonist of the story, a mysterious and gloomy girl that leaves an expressionless face and grants desires of taking revenge. There are also three helpful followers to help with her, Hone Onna, a not too old or not too young woman, Wanyuudou, a pretty much of being of a wise man, and Ren, has a power to see anywhere he wants. These three people give such little impact throughout the show. While Shibata, Tsugumi and Shibata, Hajime, daughter and father and also have quite similarity on its perspective, these are normal people that has been affected by the actions of Enma Ai, having a great part throughout the story.
Enjoyment…
The series is quite fun to watch as different people getting sent to hell as they beg and please to Enma, Ai. Also being quite a humorous show and giving horrific sounds and background music that supports the essence throughout the show, it is entertaining. But the disappointment here might be the usage of the same method that consists of repetition of scenes, which becomes unbearable to watch as the story goes.
Overall…
A little different way to tell a story which focuses on its horrific and psychological theme, but in the end be wary that this series is kind a repetitive in a way as each episode use the same method which is quite boring to watch, but on the other side, the main story is quite something & unique that contains humorous and strange arcs that might hook you up.
