What a season! Shingeki no Kyojin's first season is one of my favorite animes of all time, and i'm so glad this second season maintained its greatness, even surpassed in some parts.
Story (10)
In terms of story, it continued directly from where the 1st season ended. As a traddition of SnK, a lot of mysteries... But the truth about the titans and the walls is becoming more and more clear, finally! Yet, it's one of the more innovative stories i have ever seen. So, it's great!
Art (9)
Yes, i think most people won't agree with me in this. It's animation, God, it's perfect, it's all so fluid!
...
The action scenes are all so well'animated, turning it very fun to watch. My problem with the art is just its design, but, then, it comes from the original material (manga), and so, i don't like it very much. But the fluid animation kind of compensates it.
Sound (10)
This is maybe the best thing about SnK. The OST is so great! All the best scenes have an extra degree of greatness because of it. There's nothing else to say about it...
Character (9)
Some of my favorite characters of all time are Rivaille and Mikasa. All of the characters here have a background and a motivation for their acts, they are not just thrown at our faces, you know, and that's one of the best things in SnK, in my opinion. But still, i think some characters weren't used in their all potential. And that's not a fault of the season, it's just that in this arc it follows these characters don't appear enough. So, i understand, but it bothered me anyway.
Enjoyment (10)
Not many things to say here. Just that Shingeki no Kyojin is so fun to watch! Recommend it to everyone!!

Medieval adventure is one of my favorite genres of anime. Not just anime, actually; also movies, books, etc... So, Chain Chronicle was very fun to watch because of it, but it has some problems that kind of messed up my immersion in the world that's presented.
The main problem was the story. It's about a group of people that, in order to restore peace and save the world, go fight a dark army that has taken command of the world. Even though it's ordinary, it ain't bad. The main problem there is the story telling. It's like if the story begins in the half of it
...
and they don't show the real beginning. You just don't understand what happened in the past and how has this dark army taken command, and, so, you feel lost in the story. I didn't play the games, so i don't know, but it's a problem that can easily be fixed in the next movies, so let's hope they fix it!
The art is great. It is really well designed and they present to us a fluid animation in the fight scenes and in all the other aspects. So, it fulfill the criteria. The sound is also good, but it isn't outstanding. Actually, i just finished this movie and i don't remember any tracks from the OST. But there wasn't a single part of the anime that i felt like something about the sound was missing.
Another major problem is the character development, but it's more of a consequence of the problems in the story than a problem itself. Well, you just can't like a character judging only the appearence, the style and the personality of it. The main thing is the background of the character, at least for me. And if the story begins in the half of it, you don't know the background, you don't know who are the characters and how did they get where they are. Then i didn't care about what happened to them. But again, it's also a problem that can easily be fixed in the next movies. Let's hope for it.
So, Chain Chronicle is a good anime with some problems, but people that like medieval adventure will probably enjoy it, generally speaking.

I'm not a big fan of sports anime.. At least it was what i thought. I was really skeptical when i began to see Haikyuu, but now, i'm very glad i watched it. It's like if a hidden passion for sports anime has awakened inside me, and Haikyuu is in the top of it. I don't know if this third season is the best; it's actually hard to choose just one season; to me, each one of them has its qualities, and they're equally outstanding.
In terms of story, this third season is a direct continuation from the second, so the story mustn't be judged alone,
...
but as a whole, and it's great. Especially the unexpected ending of it, the last few seconds of the episode 10, which opens a new arc to the series, and i'm very anxious to see it, praying for the confirmation of a new season.
There's nothing to say about the art. I think that even the ones that hate Haikyuu consider the art excellent. There is a very fluid animation, varying with many different styles to suit the different sensations the moments shall pass to the person watching it. Yes, it's hard to describe... Just watch it!!
The sound is another aspect that i haven't much to talk. It's also outstanding. In both types of soundtracks, dramatic and exciting, Haikyuu stands out. Even though in this third season i missed some of my favorites musics from second season, like Confrontation with the King, they present us with other great ones; and the complete absence, believe me, of any sounds, in some moments, is the best thing they ever made.
To end this review, Haikyuu has one of the best character development that i have ever seen. All of the main characters and even most of the supporting ones have their importance. It's hard to find a character that you'd say ''I hate this one", and, actually, the only one that i had this feeling in the first two seasons became the best of this third season, so, yeah, Mr Furudate, the author, likes to play with our feelings.
So, Haikyuu is one of the best animes i have ever seen and i recommend it to every anime fan. And to the ones that love sports anime, you MUST watch it!!!

I gotta say, Kuromukuro surprised me a little bit, especially in the last episodes. I really enjoyed the conclusion they gave to the story, which, normally, it's one of the most difficult things to make.
So, in general, I think it's an OK anime. There are several things that make me have the feeling of watching an "imitation" of Neon Genesis Evangelion. I'm not a big fan NGE fan, but one of the things I really like about it, is the psychological genre. And that's exactly one of the NGE characteristics that aren't present on Kuromukuro. The comedy side also felt forced and unnecessary in many
...
episodes.
The story is just more of the same. Not bad, alright, but also it ain't innovative. Aliens coming out of nowhere fighting humans controlling giant robots, basically, that's it, in the first episodes, at least. Later it's added to the story the existence of a nation that's trying to control the universe, also a concept that ain't new in the pop culture. Maybe the most innovative and bizarre element is the fact that one of the main characters is a samurai that had been "sleeping" for a long time.
Also, there wasn't a character that I really enjoyed to see. And I couldn't stop thinking about some similarities, again, with NGE, like the main character being daughter of the director and the initial refuse to pilot the robot. There's also the fanatic one about technologies and robots that doesn't care about putting his life in danger, whether he can see or record the battles.
The technical aspects, like the soundtrack and the art aren't great, but also don't disappoint. In fact, in some episodes, like 24, there are some really good action scenes.
So, it's an OK anime that fails in some aspects, but people who like mecha animes, like myself, involving aliens, samurais, etc, will probably enjoy watching it!
