A girl lays eggs on behest of the demon king that birth cute looking annoyances that she names after French numbers. Many other people are named after French nouns.
These obnoxious but well drawn tots are the most competent beings in the world, which is a fresh take from the standard MC-is-god issue that most isekais have. That and the art are really the only good things about this waste of time. The problems, plot, and characters are largely unbelievable, and as the series has progressed it has only gotten worse.
It’s not THE worst, but it does fall in the bottom 20-25%

I don’t think this woman has ever met a 12 year old in her life. These “children” are capable of thinking about and discussing abstract concepts in coherent sentences, holding long (longer than a day or two) grudges, and diagnosing their emotions with the precision of any high-school protagonist. While I can’t use their exact vocabulary as an example since some nuances may have been lost in translation, if these characters were replaced by teenagers, the dialogue wouldn’t change in the least.
