You might be surprised to see ConRevo as a recommendation for Occultic;Nine (and vice versa), but please give it a chance. Both series are of the sci-fi/mystery variety, extremely confusing, fast-paced, but clearly smart, have a great voice cast, fun OST, and vibrant visuals. If you don't mind being confused from the start and have enough patience, attention, and analytical ability to follow the plot, you will enjoy both Occultic;Nine and ConRevo immensely. Once you get the whole picture, you can't help but feel excited and see just how cool these shows are.

Similar humour, parody, absolute randomness. Both shows are comedies with occasional serious and heart-warming messages behind all the fluff and glitter. Bursts of uncontrollable loud and hearty laughter guaranteed.

Although different in plot, both shows are magic/supernatural comedies/parodies with similar humour, totally exhilarating and heart-warming at the same time. These are perfect for days when you don't want to overload your brain with heavy plot or action, but want to have a great and relaxing laugh instead.

Principal

I thought about Yumemiru Taiyou as soon as I saw Principal. They have similar art style, characters, and overall mood. Even the names of the main characters: Shima/Shimana. Both stories revolve around a girl who moves/runs away from home and ends up meeting new people and becoming family with them. She makes friends, falls in love, falls out of love, falls in love again. Both stories progress and develop nicely, and give insights into lives and issues of many characters, so the focus isn't solely on the main female character and her love life. Yumemiru Taiyou is twice as long as Principal, but totally worth it. Both manga are quite enjoyable.

Kore wa Koi no Hanashi

Although Yumemiru Taiyou is far less dramatic and Kore wa Koi no Hanashi on the other hand doesn't offer much comedy, despite being quite different these two stories share common themes of family, friendship, and love. They also share the feeling of hope they create and leave afterwards.
