At first, I thought this was different than most Shoujo anime that I've seen. But turned out, it's just a super normal shoujo anime..nothing really special.
Story: 2/10
The story started off interesting because of how intriguing the female lead is. But after few episodes, she turned into this weak and dependent girl who cries a lot.
Art: 5/10
The art is jus okay, nothing really special.
Sound: 5/10
There's nothing much to say about the sound either, it's neither good or bad.
...
Character: 2/10
Mei: They should've made her weak from the start instead of making her a bit mysteriously strong woman at the first episode and then turned 360 degrees afterwards. She acted like an independent, mysterious girl who thought that she doesn't need friends because of trust issue and yet, after just meeting with the male lead, she trusted him easily, fell for him and then acted like a clingy, weak girl.
Yamato: I do not really find him that handsome, but of course this is shoujo manga so as usual he should be perfect...although I really find his character boring.
Overall: 2/10
Nothing especial, the story is very normal, the characters are annoying and boring.

I watched Dragon Ball Z as a Child. I remember how popular it was back then, almost everyone was hooked and thought of it as the best anime.
Story: 9/10
I will not say that Dragon Ball z is perfect, because it's not. It actually has a lot of plot holes. But this anime was the one that started it all-when it comes to shounen anime. Also no matter how many times I've seen it, every time Son Goku is fighting I still can't help but feel amazed at how good the fight scenes were.
There's no fan-service, No huge boobs girls fighting, no shipping
...
wars. Just fight.
Art: 10/10
For an anime that was made that time, the art was good. The effects they used and the way they showed the fight scenes are great.
Sound: 10/10
Dragon Ball Z is one of those anime that have a really catchy and good opening and ending songs. Almost everyone songs that they used are memorable, something that you will not forget once you heard it.
The sound effects are good too.
Characters: 9/10
Almost every characters in Dragon Ball Z are popular. Even the side characters or enemies that only appear once.
Overall: 10/10
It's not perfect. But I still consider it as as Master Piece.

I first watched the dubbed version of Gintama in my country, back then I thought it was boring and I couldn't really understand what they were saying and the jokes were lame so I dropped it and I think that's why it also didn't became popular in my country. Then in FB I saw some people posting scenes of Gintama and everyone was praising it so I decided to watch it in Japanese dubbed and wow! there really is difference! it's just so amazing.
Story: 9/10
The first few episodes were boring. But after 8 episodes it gets better and better. There are so many episodes that
...
will make you laugh, the jokes were unique or something that you will not often heard or see. There are also scenes that will make you cry only for it to suddenly change into a funny scene which will make you cry and laugh at the same time. The fighting scenes are also awesome.
Art: 9/10
The art is good. Although there were times when Gintoki looked a little chubby (lol) but still it's good especially during the funny and fighting scenes.
Sound: 9/10
Some opening and ending songs are good but some are just okay. I think the best part of this anime is the voice acting of their voice actors. They all did a really good job making even a slightest joke sound so funny.
Character: 10/10
Gintoki the main lead is not your usual main protagonist. Compared to other protagonist who worked hard for their dream, Gintoki does the opposite. He is lazy and just want to live a care free life while protecting those who he care about. Even though he is lazy there are still moments when you can't help but feel amazed by him, especially on how he sometimes act like a good father.
Kagura: Again is not your normal heroine. While most heroine are being paired up by the main protagonist, acting pretty, sexy and strong, Kagura is the opposite. She is almost the mini version of Gintoki.
Overall I will rate it 9/10
I think for you to be able to understand it really well (especially the jokes) then you have to watch it in Japanese Dubbed.

I watched this anime after seeing an AMV about it, back then I didn't knew it was a sport-genre anime. I am not really into that, but Chihayafuru is an exception.
Story: 10/10
The story is well written and very detailed. It's amazing how they made Karuta looked so interesting. There were times when you can't help but cheer for both players knowing how hard they worked but of course only one player can win and for some reason whenever a favorite player lost I can't help but feel sad as if I am the one who lost lol. You can feel the struggle that some players
...
have and their dedication and love for Karuta.
Characters: 10/10
Chihaya is a Karuta freak. She mostly thought of nothing but Karuta. But she is one of those female anime characters that you cannot hate.
Taichi: is someone very insecure because of the way he was brought up. But even so, his devotion to Chihaya and the way he worked hard just to be with her is something really amazing.
Arata: Doesn't have much screen time. Although he also had a lot of cute moments. Even though he doesn't have much appearances in anime. Whenever he appear, you know that something is about to happen.
Art: 8/10
At the beginning of the series, the art is not good. The characters looked too shiny -especially Taichi and Chihaya. But as the series continue, it gets better.
Sound: 10/10
The opening song of this anime is really catchy. It has been a long time since I heard a good anime opening song. The sound effects were also good-especially during Karuta matches.
Overall: 9/10
It was so good that I became an instant fan after watching the first episode and so I ended up reading the manga and the reason why I signed up in MAL.

I am a big fan of the manga so when the anime came out I was really excited. This is very different from the normal Shoujo anime. If you are looking for an anime in which the story revolve around love then this anime is not for you. It is worth watching though.
Story: 10/ 10
Basically, the story is about Chiyo trying to get closer to her crush Nozaki-kun, who is completely oblivious about her feelings. So every time she does something *romantic* it always failed and ended up in those hilarious moments. So her should be colorful ala shoujo manga love life turned
...
into those funny moments.
Art: 10/10
The art is great. In anime they often show a manga which Nozaki made and it's just amazing how they made it look like as if we are really reading the manga as if they are not in anime and the characters are really good looking.
Sound: 10/10
Although I am not a fan of the opening theme, it's not so bad that I will want to skip it. I love the sound effects that they used especially during the funny scenes.
Characters: 10/10
I think what made this anime great are the characters. It just doesn't revolve around the two main characters, each characters have their own funny moments that even if they don't show the main characters you will not be bored or feel that something is missing. It's impossible not to love each one of them.
Overall I will rate it as 9/10
I couldn't rate it 10 because for some reason something in the anime is missing. I don't know what it is but I find the manga more entertaining or funnier. It didn't give me the same feeling that the manga did. But still it's definitely one of the best! I love the special episodes too (^_^)

I enjoyed watching KNB season 1, but season 2 was a great disappointment.
Story: 5/10
This is the continuation of KNB season 1. In season 1 they showed us Kuroko's unique way of playing basket ball. It was so interesting and amazing. The thing about GoM is also very interesting and really cool.
But in season 2, they made it look as if Kagami is the main protagonist and not Kuroko. It became more about Kagami and how great he is, that he could even surpass the GoM even without Kuroko. Kagami always level up in almost every match. Instead of focusing on Kuroko's unique way of
...
playing Basketball, they focused on Kagami and made Kuroko unneeded. It became Kagami no basket instead of Kuroko's
Art: 8/10
The art is good especially during their matches.
Although sometimes I feel like their nose are missing.
Sound: 7/10
The opening and ending songs are just okay.
The sound effect is good.
Characters: 8/10
They main characters are still the same.
The GoM are still as interesting as ever, that's why it was disappointing that they lose easily.
There were some new characters but I find them cheesy.
Overall: 6/10
KNB season 1 is really good but this one is a big disappointment.
They focused too much on Kagami even though he's annoying and made Kuroko looked pitiful.

I watched this anime when I was still in Elementary. It was one of the best shoujo anime that time and almost every girl in my school loved it.
Story: 8/10
The plot is good and unique (especially during that time). It was something that most of us are dreaming about - Going on a different world, meet cool friends and go on a journey with them. The start of this anime was good but at the middle of the series it became annoying because of Miaka.
Art: 9/10
For an anime of that time, the art is good.
The characters are good looking. Although sometimes they look
...
weird.
Sound: 10/10
The opening and ending song are one of the best.
The sound effects and background music are also great.
Characters: 8/10
Miaka: can be very very annoying and useless. She wanted to help but she mostly do nothing but just get in the way and it's annoying how she think of nothing but Tamahome.
Tamahome: Although he is amazing at the beginning of the series, he also became annoying but it was also because of Miaka.
There are lots of interesting characters but the story focused on Miaka and Tamahome. So they were forgotten and didn't get the attention that they deserve.
Overall: 8/10
Despite it being annoying, it's still very entertaining.

If we will only talk about the anime and not the manga then this anime is actually good.
Story: 8/10
The plot is good and interesting. But that was all there is to it. The whole series were mostly about Yuki and Zero's everyday life as night guard in their academy (to make sure that the Vampire students will not do anything bad to human students). It mostly focused on Zero's suffering and struggle.
Art: 8/10
The art is nice. Although sometimes the characters eyes are too big and they look old for their age.
Sound: 8/10
The opening and ending song suited well for this anime.
...
It sound so bloody, dark and mysterious.
The sound effects are also good. Especially whenever Zero pull the trigger of his gun.
Characters: 8/10
Yuki: She acted strong whenever she was with Zero. But she became weak, easily manipulated and act like a puppet whenever she is with Kaname.
Zero: I don't know whether the mangaka created him while thinking of someone she hated. Because she really gave this guy nothing but pain and suffering.
Kaname: Someone who's intention is something you will get curious about, only to get disappointed. The reasons behind his actions are too shallow.
Overall: 8/10
It's good although some things doesn't make sense.
The vampires have interesting powers but never really used them.

This anime was very popular the moment it came out. The story is good that it makes you wanting more only to get disappointed.
Story: The story is very cliched. Misaki is the school's student council president who acted very very strict but outside the school she work as waitress in a maid-cafe (cosplay cafe). The start of this series is good. But then it ended up being very cliched. The story ended up focusing on how cute Misaki is and how everyone loves her, admire her and all.
Art: The art is good. The characters all look good especially the guys. I just don't like their
...
uniforms.
Sound: The ost of this anime is something that some people like. Although it will make you want to skip the opening and don't even bother listening to the ending theme. It's just okay.
Characters: Misaki the main lead of this anime is someone who acted strong but ended up being annoying. Instead of being strong she ended up looking as someone bossing and demanding. She is not the super pretty type and there were times when she look messy. Her character is not really that interesting too since she is just someone who like to boss around thinking it will make her look cool. It will make you wonder what is special about her that everyone loves her.
Usui the main male lead of this anime. Let us all be thankful of how good looking he is, he is the only eye candy of this anime and probably the reason why some people continue to watch this anime despite it being so cliched. He is just nothing but someone who looks good but nothing is more interesting about him. His character is not that interesting. He is just someone who wants to be noticed by Misaki and ended up just being all about Misaki.
Overall this anime is just okay. It's not that good and not bad as well.

I read it after watching the anime. But ended up being so disappointed to the point that I had to dropped it and I couldn't even get my self to read it.
Story: The main plot sounds interesting but it ended up just like almost every normal Shoujo manga. It was so cliched and too cheesy. I don't know which direction the story wanted to go. It became so cliched and argh annoying.
Art: The art is okay, the characters all look good but the art is somewhat messy.
Characters: Now the main character Misaki is someone who the mangaka wanted to show as someone strong and
...
dependable but ended up failing because that wasn't really what she is. She is someone who started of portraying as strong but ended up being very weak. Instead of looking strong she looked like some who is just bossy and trying to act cool but is just whinny and demanding. I don't know what's really interesting about her.
Usui: Usui is the highlight of this manga. I think most readers enjoyed this only because of him. He started of as an interesting character but ended up being too sweet and so became cheesy and annoying.
Overall: This manga is just like a normal Shoujo, nothing really interesting some Shoujo are more interesting. It started of as interesting but ended up very disappointing.
