Claymore has a similar dark fantasy setting as Berserk, but instead follows a female protagonist. The fights are bloody, but I can't say that it matches the brutality of Berserk. It does come close though. If you loved Berserk and are a fan of dark fantasy, then I would highly recommend you try giving Claymore a shot.

Overly masculine men destroying each other with fists of fury and special techniques. The character designs are also somewhat similar, and the overall hype you feel during the fights is the same. JoJo's does have more story elements than Baki though, so if you're looking for Baki, but with more story and over the top characters, look no further than JoJo's.

Both Bunny Girl Senpai and Bakemonogatari share a similar concept where the mc helps out several girls who are experiencing a supernatural phenomenon. The dynamic between the mc and their main love interest in both anime are extremely similar, so if you like the banter then you should definitely check out Bakemonogatari, and all the other seasons in the series.

The feeling of losing something. Something that you can't quite recall, but you know that it's somewhere out there. Something, or someone... both of these anime capture that emotion in a similar fashion, and if you want to continue the feels train, I would suggest watching this too.

Similar otaku protagonist, although in Wotaku both of them are otakus. Overall, I'd say that the story structure is similar, with a different feel, because it isn't a Josei. I'm sure you'd find it enjoyable as well though.

Similar story structure, except for the supernatural element. Purely from opinion here, but even though the story structure of Kimi no Na wa isn't as solid as Koe no Katachi, it is able to convey something that you can relate more to and easily understand, in comparison to the many hidden meanings and social problems presented in Koe no Katachi.
