While Uchi no Hentai tends towards sexual themes and jokes, Senko-san is more about cute and wholesome stuff. But even if they're quite different, if you like the whole "girl takes care of boy" trope, you'll probably like them both.

But the main girl remains his sister, who is jealous of her brother's suitors. Also, each girl has her own arc. However, the final arc is in both shows focused on the little sister.

Also, later in the story, they share one particular SF element.

The two periods are different, although both are ancient: in Hatshepsut, it is ancient Egypt, and in Claudine, France at the beginning of the twenty-first century. The two main characters are two transgender men coming from an healthy family and who are particularly popular with women. They live in a historical context that's oppsed at their true identity. One can note however a difference between the two characters: while Hatshepsut admits her "part of femininity", Claudine fights for his principles. Also, serious themes such as death are discussed. In addition, the two works are kinda old, one dating from the 70s and the other from the 80s. This is noticeable in their similar art style that may seem a bit old.
