Just as a preface, this manga's "chapters" are just a single page with a up to 3 panels at most, keep that in mind.
This is a very peculiar manga/doujin that will likely be very enjoyable to a very specific subset of people.
Basically, our MC gets genderswapped and falls in love with her childhood friend - who already has a girlfriend. Meanwhile, a different male friend falls in love with the MC.
As of chapter 73, the main focus has been on the suffering of the MC and male friend #2 from suppressing their respective feelings. Meanwhile, the childhood friend stays oblivious while also actively hurting the
...
MC because he distances himself from her over having become a girl - because he fears the girlfriend's jealousy.
Meanwhile, the girlfriend is a mixed bag. Sometimes she hints at actually being extremely possessive, manipulative and just really mean, however some of her actions don't fit that stereotype at all and seem friendly. So I'm unsure what she'll turn out to be. The tone of the story so far doesn't give much hope for a positive outlook though.
So, essentially I guess this is something for people who are looking for something NTR-esque with gender bender. I'm not part of that group though, so eh, far too negative for me to keep reading.

Overall this is a pretty mediocre anime. Funnily enough not because it's just your average show, but more because it has some massive strong points, while also having some glaring weaknesses.
We follow a fairly unique main character - he combines the tropes of womanizer, obliviousness to any romantic feelings, boundless kindness, being OP/stronger than everyone and a tragic backstory.
None of these are interesting on their own (and to be honest, even combined he only makes for an "okay" MC).
Characters overall are not exactly the strong point of this show. Almost all of them are fairly one-dimensional and are given little to no time for development.
...
There are a handful of exceptions, the typical "small-fry villain sees the error in his ways and turns good". Also one of the heroines showing clear signs of probably not being 100% straight and our hyper-manly MC crossdressing and putting actual effort into it and not making it "just a funny gag" are nice inclusions of LGBTQ themes without shoving it down the audience's throat.
That's about it for the positive exceptions though.
The story is hardly one, more a string of short stories told across a couple episodes each, it gives strong Slice-of-Life vibes as I've read in other reviews here. However those little arcs are well-paced, none of it feels forced and overall the show does a pretty good job of keeping your attention. There are basically no boring, repetitive "gag" scenes or boring long monologues inserted into the show.
For example, the MC's sad backstory is told in a refreshingly active manner, you keep learning more about it here and there and those snippets/flashbacks are not inserted as fillers in the middle of fight scenes.
Which brings me to the fights and the general animation and audio quality. All of them are pretty well-done! Nothing mind-blowing, but definitely very enjoyable.
This show also includes a pretty good amount of fanservice - but, and this positively surprised me, it's fanservice on both ends of the spectrum. Or in other words, all characters are overly sexualized and this equality makes me unable to see it as a bad thing. It's also just sprinkled in here and there at every corner and not shown off in every single scene, another major plus for my enjoyment!
Last but not least, the universe the story is set in is a very interesting mix of 19th century meets swords and magic. It doesn't copy the majority of existing fantasy universes, a big bonus in my eyes.
Unfortunately, the world-building is practically zero - we keep getting told terms and shown techniques and technology, yet basically none of it is explained at all, you could cut every "attempt" at world-building out of this show and you'd be none the wiser.
In summary, it was an enjoyable show, with strong points and weak points. You won't regret watching it, but at least I didn't leave it thirsting for more either.

I'll be keeping this (somewhat) short and simple:
This is an anime filled with characters that have either gone completely insane or get brainwashed. That much I expected and I hoped for a dark, gritty story.
I had heard the extremely... mixed reception of this series and just hoped it would be because of over-the-top acts of insanity and cruelness. But those didn't even appear, unless you count a teenager writing down the worst atrocities they can think of and them reading them out in a monotone script as such. Because that's the level of plot we're dealing with.
What I got was to watch multiple psychotic
...
characters shoot one long-ass porn with a very generic storyline sprinkled over it in the hopes that it would stop viewers from labeling it as pornography.
Honestly, this series might be watchable if you're into really hardcore kinks and people with broken minds & brainwashing, the animation quality ain't bad. But even then you will need an extremely high tolerance for one-dimensional characters, plot and other extremely generic aspects.
The score is only this high because of the decent animation and sound quality, and also because there is worse out there.
I'm not leaving this behind with thoughts of "this is the worst thing I ever watched", but I'm not sure if that counts as praise necessarily...

I'll write this review despite not having seen the full thing yet, because every episode has been more of the same, so I doubt my thoughts will change much.
This is a typical harem/ecchi anime, but it somehow manages to do a piss poor job at it. I'm basically just watching for the fanservice at this point, as everything else about this anime is nothing but a big pile of garbage.
We have a main character that is a low-level noble in a typical fantasy world, and surprisingly our MC is not a reincarnation.
While this setting has been explored quite a bit already, it still allows for
...
some unique interactions. With our MC being stupidly OP, the easiest path would be a run-of-the-mill plotline about how the despised "lowborn" surprises everyone around him and convinces them of how great he is, making all the ladies flock to him.
But no, this series didn't even manage that. We have a setting, but it might as well not exist. Our MCs position in society plays basically no role whatsoever. The fact that the seires plays in a fantasy world? Also irrelevant, you could stick the whole cast of this anime in a modern school, historical or even sci-fi setting and absolutely nothing would have to be changed.
It has to be one of the most uninspired pieces of "entertainment" I've ever seen, and I've watched my fair share of average series.
Next, let's talk about the OPness of our main character. Well-written overpowered main characters typically have the trait of just being fucking cool and curbstomping anything in their path in an overblown manner.
This series, you might already guess it, has none of that.
The OP skills of our MC are solely used for generating excuses to show more fanservice. Now, fanservice is to be expected and generally a welcome thing in a harem anime, but leaving every ounce of potential our MCs skills might have untapped just makes me sad.
With this, all points that could have been used to give the harem genre a somewhat unique spin turn out to be negatives rather than positives. It's like those mobile game ads, you get lured in by the promises of a certain setting and certain tropes, only for none of them to be found anywhere.
I won't lose many words on the soundtrack, voice acting and character development. The former two are bland, standard fare that you can find anywhere, while the characters and their development are nonexistent, but that is also standard fare. As such, I see those neither positively nor negatively.
And last but not least, we have the fanservice/art and how natural the series can make the relationships between the girls and our MC feel.
This could be said to be the only redeeming point of the series, the fanservice is definitely at a good level and the relationships aren't the worst I have ever seen.
Everything feels very forced, but at the very least the girls don't fall into the standard set of tropes, which I am quite thankful for. Only few harem anime manage to avoid giving each girl a specific trope to make their "character".
Now, some anime manage to make fun of their own terrible qualities and become parodies of their genre, but sadly, this anime doesn't manage to fill that role either. It makes no attempts to poke fun at itself and just tries it's hardest to be the most bland and boring show possible.
In the end, I'll probably see the series to it's end for the fanservice alone. But everything else about this series reaches from mediocre to downright awful. I cannot recommend anyone to watch this unless they've already seen literally every other harem anime out there and still need more, no matter how shit the quality may be.

I've never a written a review before, but for this I really have to, if only to warn others.
Let me preface this with the fact that I'vs read some reviews on here already, but I don't fully agree with the general consensus.
Minor spoilers ahead, not that I think you'll miss much because of them.
So, where do we start? Best with the story and characters.
Unlike many, I actually enjoyed the story for the first half of this series. It has an interesting premise, and introduces a whole cast of characters with the potential for some deep, intricate personalities. You might have noticed the "first half" bit
...
here. Sadly, after that, it completely derails into a full-on cliché story with easily predictable "unexpected turns", one-dimensional characters and just frankly nothing redeeming other than the fact, that the series is not shy to let characters die - sadly completely missing the opportunity to let their deaths have any impact on the viewer whatsoever.
What else is there? Well, a big shout-out to the voice actors starring in this show. Throughout the whole series, they do an incredibly fantastic job, and their great work is being absolutely butchered by the comically bad rest of this show. Not much to say about the soundtrack, very average stuff (the Intro is ear-grating and totally unfitting if you ask me though!)
Which leads me to talk about the visuals. They went for 90% CGI. Which isn't necessarily a bad thing, there have been decent CGI implementations before. However, the CGI here is so terrible that I'm having a hard time finding the words to describe it. The 3D models look lifeless, the animations are devoid of any natural motions, the facial expressions consist of mouths opening and closing like a fish's and a blank stare no matter the emotional condition. Special effects during fights are so badly made post-production effects that they bring shame to the term "special effects" itself! It just looks so bad on every second of the show that I found myself hysterically laughing many times over the disparity between the incredibly well-done voice-acting and the lifeless, dull visuals.
And with this I've covered the main part of this review. Lastly, I'd like to add some anecdotes that struck me during my watchthrough:
1. Hacking is shown in the most disingenuous manner possible, as some kind of live-action combat with wird "monster" creatures. The other IT-related stuff in the series is equally wrong and contradictory in many places, Hollywood-Style (just somehow worse).
2. At the end of the penultimate and beginning of the final episode, there are a couple scenes where the CGI quality picks up noticeably. Characters gain facial expressions and nuanced, human-like movements. Turning the quality from "the most awful thing I've ever witnessed" to "bad, but bearable." It leaves me wondering how that came to be.
3. There are drawn, 2D characters in this show. And they look decidedly far better than their CGI companions! Too bad that they're limited to some support cast that barely gets any screen time. It leaves me utterly baffled how they could use the seemingly preciously few 2D resources to focus on BACKGROUND CHARACTERS. I'm baffled.
TL;DR Don't watch this unless seeing awful series somehow makes your life better. It certainly didn't enrich mine.
