The plots are both fairly similar with both female MC's requiring a male partner to help assist them with work in a sexual way, for example in XL size the female MC needs to review condoms and in Oshiete the female MC is an erotic manga artist. From these situations both female MC's develop a sexual and eventually emotional relationship with the male MC's. The female MC's have a fair few differences, the lead of Oshiete is a lot more nieve and 'innocent' then the lead of Oshiete, however while you may be lead to believe that this indicates a difference between the two in terms of what to expect when it comes to sex however both have the same feel. The male MC'S are a lot more similar both maintaining office jobs and regularly appearing in suits. Both are older than their female partners appealing to the 'Teaching' theme ongoing throughout. Similar art style, however Oshiete has a more adult feel to it and a sleeker art style than most shoujo, XL size is more reminiscent of classic ecchi. The female MC in oshiete is drawn to look more mature during intimate scenes and the female MC in XL size is shown as slightly more immature indicating their appeal to their demographic, the differences however are so minor that it doesn't really change how similar the feel to them both is. TLDR: Same vibes.
