Both shows have a main relationship between a kouhai and her senpai. Uzaki-chan is set in a closer relationship to a high school, a college, while Senpaiga presents a more mature tone both in adult characters and by performing in a work environment. Both shows have a soft touch of romance and comedy is a strong point. They're not exactly the same anime, but they're worth comparing.

Maoujou de Oyasumi
|
Both shows were made by the same studio, Doga Kobo, known for making many cute and cute animes. Both shows have short stories, alternating a very well done and functional comedy. Senko-san is more outgoing, as he tells the daily life of a man who always gets tired at the end of his job. This changes when he meets Senko, a magical Kitsune, who decides to help him alleviate his problems. Maoujou de Oyasumi basically involves a princess trapped in a castle, where the only thing she does is sleep (or look for a better way to sleep).

Umibe no Onnanoko
|
Both manga know how to use sexual curiosity very well, along with the dramas and emotions of the characters. Sundome is more fun, uses the sexual elements to innovate your thoughts. Umibe no Onnanoko is the most dramatic, with Inio Asano as its author (creator of Oyasumi Punpun), conveying a relationship of sexual self-satisfaction between the protagonists, along with the external problems they face.
