Hi hello and welcome to yet another Isekai story! There are so SO many of these types of stories being released these days, and they range widely in quality from the absolute trashiest-trash to stories that betray expectations in the best ways. This one I'd say falls somewhere in the middle, and was a rather cute and a fun watch.

It has quite a novel premise (heheh) that kept me interested in the overarching story. Though I'd say the story leans more towards being a wholesome slice of life rather then being very dramatic. To keep this spoiler free I'll just say that I really enjoyed ... the moments when the world diverges from the novel that the main character keeps refering to throughout the story.

Now where this show really shines is in it's two main leads who have a fun dynamic. Here I'll say that I watched the english dub for this series, and I really loved the voices for both the Duke and Realiana. The constant teasing from both sides as they're relationship grows is definitely the biggest highlight of the show and got me smiling or even laughing most episodes. There are also some great heartfelt moments along the way that really sells the growth of their relationship.

The Art quality also impressed me alot! There are some really beautiful shots, and the lighting effects and background are handled really well. It really feels like they made the most of what budget they had. The character art especially was really charming, Raeliana really is a beauty both on the screen, and in the world of the show. And don't get me started on the Duke... just wow...

Now there are some more lacking aspects, in particular the animation never really impressed me, and occasionally was very lacking. Though I'd say that likely was because of the art, so I don't see it so much as a negative but as a trade off for having good art.
Some of the voice acting was also awkward, which would occasionally hamper some dramatic moments.

OVERALL THOUGH I'd reccomend giving this series a watch if you want to watch an isekai series that occasionaly betrays expectations, and indulges in light hearted moments, with some occasional spice :>
