I really loved the whole concept of the show. The story has a gothic/historic feel to it and follows the journey of Huey and Dalion as they search for Phantom books and the dangers they face along the way. Overall I thought this was great series and it was very original. I highly recommend watching the series along with the ova.

To be honest I didn't care too much for this show.
In my opinion they rushed into things way too fast without a proper explanation of what's going on. Because of this it really confused me and I had a harder time trying to keep up with what was going on. After watching two episodes I decided to add Asobi ni Iku you! to my dropped list. Honestly this anime doesn't make a whole lot of sense and I believe the author should have taken it slow rather than rushing into the story and cramming all this stuff together.
