I know....sounds crazy but hear me out. Both stories begin with main character that have depression caused by their bodies and they both need to undergo a certain changes to achieve a piece of mind. Both also need to become more confident and neither of them has anyone in their lives until a super duper tall cool guy that stands out from other people comes into their lives. At first both these cool dudes dont care about MCs. And then they do because MCs convince them. Cool dudes take on the roles of mentors and bond over something that they both care about. Read it

Both are gay And they also follow a similar patterns in writing. Main characters of both stories are pretty similar to each other as are their romances. Both are super wholesome and HEALTHY relationships. Read it if you are tired of unhealthy gay or lesbian relationships in other manga.

Super Cub is just Yuru Camp with 100% more depression. Koguma is just more depressed Rin. And I love it.

Wonder Egg Priority

Dream like world where everything is a metaphor for events that have taken place in the real world. Sometimes you don't know what's real and what's not. A lot of creepy imagery. Egg priority is definitely gonna have some "is this real life or just a fantasy" moments like in Paprika. In a lot of ways I feel like Egg priority is gonna comment on society and escapism in dreams. They're both pretty good....so far.

Jaku-Chara Tomozaki-kun

Similar themes on society, high school, main character is an anti social nerd that doesnt like people. Eventually opens up to some people. And not just any people. But gurls. The main difference is that Hikky is a good protagonist. So far Jaku-Chara Tomozaki-kun is turning out to be a less enjoyable version of Oregairu.
