This anime genuinely upset me. Let us start with the things I enjoyed, and then move our way to what I did not.

The art towards the beginning was pretty good! Where I left off it certainly looked nice, though people who watched the whole thing claim the art loses quality throughout, so take my art review with a grain of salt.
The sound was not bad, but I never really noticed it. The voices were not incredible either. But this was decent! The story seemed interesting, until they made it an isekai? But I like the magic system.


Now for the bad:

I had to stop watching this ... because I was so revolted by a scene where the main character has a wet dream about his dead mother.

His adoptive mother named Mary is a walking corpse, and the main character treats her as such, before he gets drunk at 15 and peeks on her with his ' dad' and then cums while thinking about her in his sleep. Which is necrophelia and incest.

His adoptive dad finds out he did that, and praises him.


This made me sick to my stomach, I genuinely hated this scene so much I dropped the show. The directors should have NOT made a scene like that, but they did.
Putting aside the fact that he peeked on her while she was changing, which shows what a terrible person he is, no matter how drunk, this show isn't even that good.\

The dialogue is weird, the MC is cringe and often goes on tangents which caused me to get secondhand embarrassment, and the rest of it is not good either.

HOB/TGCF was great, but this special is even better!! It was very enjoyable and so much fun to watch.

Tha story was amazing, it really highlights the romance between -you know who- and Xie Lian. There is no backpeddling, no making them brothers, no hostility. This is unlike other shows from China which can be censored to high heaven.



None of that happens, they just...flirt. They don't kiss or makeout or have any ecchi but that does not mean they aren't flirting...it truly illustrates the love felt bu the charachters.



Now, I will avoid spoilers however the story is amazing! It truly displays everything fans ... could want. This is so satisfying it is crazy!



The sound is just as good as the original, however the visuals are better! They do not use any of the bad cg used in the show itself, so it looks very good throughout!



Finnaly, the charachters are as they are in the show itself. I WILL say the way they display 'that persons' face is gorgeous! the extra details are so fun and watchers can tell the animators took care when showing the side-by sides.



I reccomend watching this after seeing TGCF!! 10/10!!

Dororo has one major issue keeping it down, in this review I will explain where it went wrong.

This anime starts amazing, good premise, pretty good animation, and great introduction and ending songs! IF I had stopped in the middle of this anime I would have probably rated a 10/10.

Unfortunately, I kept watching until the end, and saw the awful ending in store. Dororo gives me the same feeling that failing a test does, or getting yelled at by your boss, or thinking your late to an event when your perfectly on time. I do not typically cry at anime, but I almost did, not out ... of sadness, but sheer disappointment. This anime ends so poorly I nearly cried, I was genuinely saddened by the downfall.

Anyways, other than the ending, the villain's motivation at the end makes no sense, towards the end animation becomes worse until the characters are missing frames occasionally, the new opening at the middle-end is not as much of a banger. Basically, everything gets WORSE and not BETTER.


If you are currently watching/going to see Dororo, I would recommend stopping at around episode 20 before the ending so you do not have to see that mostrosity.

Okay, so this anime is not good. Allow me to elaborate,

Story: 2/10 , there are many better stories. This one was especially boring and compressed.

Art: 3/10

The 3 D models look cursed and awkward, especially the main girls hair, which looks...wrong? It is at 90 percent opacity and is awkward, the models often look awkward and have too realistic of teeth. The poses can be odd and the villains face rigging is wrong in so many ways. They are incapable of smiling or crying accurately.

Sound: 7/10 p good p good, liked the ambient noises, voice acting solid, I feel bad the voice actors had to ... voice in this.

Charachter: 1/10 they are flat and boring, they could have made it somewhat more complicated

Enjoyment 1/10: eighteen minutes of suffering.

I only reviewed this since nobody else had, as a warning to not watch. However, if you REALLY want to then I cant stop ya

0:08 is repetitive, it has good animation but wouldn't recommend ever watching it.

In terms of story, there is none. He just d r i n k s
there are also no characters per se, just the same scene.

If you think the Endless Eight arc from Haruhi Suzumiya was bad, here is a whole anime which is just that. This one was better than that arc though, it was satisfying at points.

This is basically the most mediocre show I have seen in awhile.

TLDR; boring mediocre but with good animation and aight sound design

Assassination Classroom is one of the best shows I have seen in a long time, it is entertaining, has good story, likeable characters, and decent art. Nothing about this show is particularly naggable. Over all it was a 9/10 but individually...

Story 9/10 Interesting, but you really need the second season, an anime should probably be more stand alone and not REQUIRE the second season.

Art 8/10, they definitely did the show justice, while it is not a masterpiece it looked good and at times even impressed me.

Sound 8/10 I am now sound expert but the sounds fit and the voice acting was great!

Character ... 9/10 this film has character, and amazing characters!

Enjoyment 10/10 I never once felt bored while watching

Overall 9/10

Another was so much fun to watch!! For me at least this was the first horror anime I enjoyed! It made me far more open to the genre as a hole, and is a great anime to recommend to your beginner friends, (or if you are a new watcher yourself). This anime can be disliked, but if you feel you wont like it, give it a shot! It's not a super long show and has decent animation so you won't want to rip your eyes out!!

Plus high key the intro song a bop

9/1o cause its not a masterpiece but it is very cool

Heartwarming story that takes place over one summer. Definitely a good watch, but still has it's flaws. The characters are all unlikeable, and the premise has been done before, the execution was nice to see as it was fresh and unique. I think this anime, if I could describe it as anything, it is "safe" there is nothing risky or scandalous, even arguably the more out there scene (no spoilers) was a safe choice for how far they could have gone. In this way this show is the same as many others, never really going past that line.

This show has been highly praised and ... rightly so, but do not watch it expecting a masterpiece.

This show was good, I enjoyed it, not a masterpiece and not great but very good!

See, most of the aspects of this show are good, but the characters are where this show gets very fun. I highly enjoyed the show, although it did not end strong.

I would recommend this if you don't mind it when a show gets strange towards the end, even though the ending was satisfying it certainly was strange. I couldn't say much about art but I didn't mid the style, certainly no Bakemonogatari but good enough for me!

Good wacky show with a strange concept but decent excecution

While the story was decent everything else was poor, i could address each point individually but im so disappointed by this that why bother?

If you are wondering whether or not you should watch this my answer is no but if you wanna laugh at it you totally could. This is bad enough to be good so look on the bright side!

The reason why I think it was bad is it was poor quality, uninteresting, and in general felt as though all the characters were robotic.
