In both anime: - Both anime have a very similar feel to them, and I enjoyed them both for very similar reasons. Both anime have the same kind of atmosphere to them. If you liked one you should definitely try the other! - They both have plenty of good quality comedy, and similar sorts things are funny in both anime (for instance, both have a lot of humor centering around a girl getting mistaken for a boy). - Both anime have some very emotional moments. -The main character is a girl who most people mistake for a boy. Both main characters are uninterested in girly things and prefer boys clothes etc. They have a lot in common and if you like one you'll probably like the other. - The main character becomes in debt to a host club, and because of this is forced to join a group run by the clubs top host to pay off the debt. - If you like Tamaki you will like the male lead from Aoharu x Kikanjuu. they're both: the number one host in the club where they work, handsome, blond, a bit vain, a bit dumb, very enthusiastic, a flirt and very likable. - In both anime the main character has to hide the fact they're a girl in order to stay in their group (in Ouran High School Host Club the host club, and in Aoharu x Kikanjuu the survival game team). There's lot's of comedy about this in both anime. - Both anime have brilliant characters, both individually and as a combination. The characters just go so well together! In both anime the relationships between the characters are very important and moving, as well as funny.

If you liked Love Stage!! add

...then you might like Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun add

Both anime have a very similar humor and general feel to them. They are both romance anime with a strong emphasis on humor. They both have characters who are, or want to be shoujo mangakas. The characters are quite different in Love Stage and Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki Kun but both anime have very good characters that go really well together, and both anime have a central couple with a variety of secondary characters. Both are very good anime and if you like one you will almost certainly like the other.
