Its the same as season1, the first 7 episodes are boring it gets interesting after episode 8

STORY:
following where it left at season 1 rikka and togashi are couple and due to some situation they are living together(like there parents dont even know what the kids are doing) and due to some reason they have introduced a new character . Sumini-senpai is such a good character but they dont wanna use her they want some new character to love the hero and make it a typical drama series. Also the new character have the same reason as rikka to love the hero. Like they ... did the same typical drama series instead of following the last season.

ART & ANIMATION:
Kyoto again did its best in animating, while the art was same as before.

SOUND:
The end of this season was freaking good but the op was the copy nearly same as s1

CHARACTER:
Nothing special about the characters (leaving how they ruin togashi's friend)
Not that much of development of any particular character.

OVERALL:
it was literally the same as befor but little more boring there was no need for s2

The story gets better at ep 8 before that is just somewhat boring or time passing.

CHARACTERS:
The characters are not the best nor rikka is the cutest, but each of them are well explained so its fun to watch

ART & ANIMATION:
Again its kyoto so the animation is as perfect as it could be, from the imaginary fights to each cute scenes, its the best. the art was also pretty good.

SOUND:
The op, ost and soundtrack are good

OVERALL:
It's a decent watch with likable characters and some great moments but its not the best anime I ever watched nor the best kyoto anime it was just lackin some slice of life elements in the early episodes which could have been a lot better

ITS THE MOST FUCKED UP ANIME EVER, WITH THE WORST ANTAGONIST.
The first 2 ep might get you excited and it may seem interesting but after a while this anime show its true colors, why the fuck was it ever created the very concept of this anime is fucked up, a girl making everyone to get o their edge without doing anything WOW! this cant be better, and you know what they have no fan services they just do that for fun. I dont understand what was the need for this anime.
After what ai did to his partners we wished she ... would die a painful death and thats why i kept on watching this anime but NO they fucking killed the hero in the last, WHY?? only the writer knows why he wrote such a fucked up story
But it was consistent in being fucked up after ep 3 so thats something we should learn from it
