Hands down, one of the best anime this season. I’d recommend it to just about anyone because it’s that good. That said, some people who aren’t into sports in general might not enjoy it as much—but honestly, I’d still say give it a try. Watch at least two episodes before deciding, because the first episode isn’t all that gripping. It doesn’t really pull you in, but after that? It just keeps getting better and better.
If you’ve ever done anything performance-based or competitive as a kid—whether it’s sports, music, or anything similar—you’ll probably find this really relatable. What makes this anime unique is that it explores

Sousou no Frieren

I honestly feel like this one’s a bit overrated, but nonetheless, it’s still a pretty good fantasy anime—not quite on the same level as Mushoku Tensei, but close enough. If you liked Mushoku Tensei, you’ll probably enjoy this one too. Honestly, any fantasy or isekai fan would likely love this, but I can’t say the same for typical shounen fans. It doesn’t have flashy fights every episode and leans heavily into slice-of-life elements. If you can’t tolerate that, this one isn’t for you.
That being said, the last few episodes feature some amazingly animated fights, possibly among the best of 2023. For fantasy/isekai enjoyers, Frieren is pretty ... Feb 1, 2025
Guild no Uketsukejou desu ga, Zangyou wa Iya nanode Boss wo Solo Toubatsu Shiyou to Omoimasu

This show is okay-ish at best. The art style and animation are better than your average isekai/fantasy, but I wouldn't recommend it to everyone because of how trashy and predictable it is. Yet somehow, it’s the highest-rated fantasy anime this season, and I honestly don’t understand why.
The first two episodes might hook you in, but after that, it turns into a generic, predictable, and trashy show. The fights aren’t even that impressive—she just ends everything with one hammer shot. How unique... The MC is overpowered but stupid, and the entire premise makes little to no sense. Even if you overlook that, there’s nothing much else ... Jan 31, 2025
Ore dake Level Up na Ken

Starting episodes are interesting, but once he gets OP, the anime gets pretty boring and pretty similar to most OP isekai fantasy anime that people love to trash on, but somehow they love this one. I can't understand the hype behind it. The only saving grace of Solo Leveling is the top-notch animation, other than that the story is pretty bad—too bad, actually. Once I finished season one, I picked up the manhwa, and it was good, but if you're in it for the plot, don't waste your time because the plot is total nonsense. The MC is pretty much smug and aloof like Cid

I'm really enjoying this anime—it's my second favorite isekai of the season! It has a similar vibe to How a Realist Hero Rebuilt the Kingdom, but instead of becoming the ruler, the protagonist works under the king. If you liked Realist Hero, you’ll definitely enjoy this one too.
A salaryman gets isekai’d and ends up as one of the Demon Lord’s Big Four, though his role is more of a minister or advisor rather than a combatant. The way he applies his past life knowledge in a fantasy world is really interesting, especially his business strategies. It’s fun to see how modern tactics play out in ... Jan 31, 2025
4 episodes have aired so far , and I was bit hesistant on giving it a try due to abundance of good anime released this season and I thought it'd be overpowered fantasy ,I'm glad I was wrong and I am very much enjoying it. It's better than other isekai released this season, pacing is good too , plot is interesting and unique as well. Also I love the fact that character actually uses his past life knowledge unlike most of op isekai protagnist who don't.
It has similar feel to ascendance of bookworm , if you enjoyed that one you might enjoy this one ... Jan 7, 2025
Mitsudomoe

Mitsudomoe is hands down the funniest anime I've ever watched! Legit, every single episode had me cracking up multiple times. The gag humor is next-level, like on par with Sakamoto desu ga? and Saiki K., but honestly, I think Mitsudomoe takes the cake. The chaos, the misunderstandings, and the sheer randomness are just too good. If you're into wild, over-the-top humor, this one's a must-watch!
10/10 best comedy for me. Story is not unique in itself, it's what you'd expect from a slice of life so there's not much plot but comedy is hysterical , and There are only few anime with this much unhinged comedy Art style ... |
