Both series prominently feature child soldiers as main characters, though the nuances are different. Both have the characters battle with non-human forces that existentially threaten society. Also they're somewhat tonally similar with both having rather depressing moments and sprinkles of romance throughout.

Wotaku ni Koi wa Muzukashii

Well if you like anime that focus on a group of people that like video games and stuff then both of these shows work. Wotakoi is a more mature romance with like, actual adults. Gamers is set in high school and uses the character's screwed up relationships and misunderstandings as its main source of comedy. If you want shows with a likable cast, above average comedy and nerdiness then both of these shows are worth checking out imo

Shuumatsu Nani Shitemasu ka? Isogashii desu ka? Sukutte Moratte Ii desu ka?

Two romances featuring a relatively mature main character who struggles with his past. Similar dynamic of the male lead trying to keep the female lead at a distance due to the (perceived in one case) age gap. Both blend light hearted moments with more depressing and impactful moments for a solid emotional rollercoaster.

Ninja Shinobu-san no Junjou

Romance between a very nice guy and a socially awkward girl. The one that's doing most of the pursuing is different in each but they both keep a similar light hearted tone. Both also feature a stronger than average supporting cast that don't exist purely to bring the main couple together or introduce conflict.

Romcoms with similar male and female leads. Both feature female leads with unique abilities but avoid making those abilities the focus of the manga. Both are on the fluffy and cute side of the romance genre, with little drama.

Romcoms with a focus on an awkward girl trying her best to pursue a guy (albeit unwillingly at the start in one of them). They both are more on the cute and fluffy side of the genre, especially Hadi Girl.

Both shows focus on social outcasts with a flawed mindset and the reason they got into the position they were in. They also feature similar lead female characters and some romance without having romance be the main focus of the show. However, the approach in each show is quite different.

School manga that lean heavily on the comedic side. Both feature very timid main female characters with similar appearances, though Komi-san takes the timidity to a more comedic extreme. Both feature a main character that's good at figuring out what others are thinking (for very different reasons). Some potential romance in both, but Mousou Telepathy puts more emphasis on it.

Both stories revolve around gambling and have psychological focus. So far Kakegurui is looking like a more mainstream version of Kaiji with a faster pace (probably), less depth on individual games (probably), a more mainstream artstyle, a high school setting, and wayyyyyyy more females.

High school romance shows with relatively comedic first seasons but end up being heavier than expected in the second season. One's more of a harem series while the other is a more traditional romantic comedy, but they aren't exactly typical to either genre.
