These two animes have two totally different settings but there are actually a ton of similarities. Hyouka is about a guy who's life is "gray" but one day meets a girl who's curious about just about everything! Will he continue to solve one mystery after another? See for yourself! Similarities: -Both have a lazy but extremely smart main character character -They both explain their train of thought, how they did it. -The animation in both are great -Their lifes change because of one person, in no game no life, the god Tet, and in here, the girl Chitanda. -The pattern, in no game no life, it's often one victory after another, this is very similar, it goes from one mystery to another. Differences -No game no life is fantasy while this school, slice of life, and of course mystery. The main thing that made me think these two animes are similar is the main character, in no game no life, Sora and Shiro, and in Hyouka, Oreki. "If you don't have to do it, don't do it. If you do have to do it, finish it quickly." -Oreki
