The story is split up into different episodes all featuring a different main cast and the only continuous characters through out the manga are the dragon and the main character Fin. The story is very basic and not that deep but the fact that rome is the setting makes the story interesting.
The art is amazing, It kinda reminds me of Berserks art in a way but its a shame that you can only read up to chapter 23 online, You need the physical copies to read volume four through seven.

Well David productions delivered once again.
The animation is very good and pair that with excellent sound design and you have a recipe for a great show. But the problem with Fireforce is that the story is pretty dull and generic although the cool concept, and the characters are really nothing special. but they are funny and the main characters have good chemistry amongst them. It's just your run of the mill shounen is what i would describe this show as, but don't sleep on it because the animation, sound effects and the humor bind it togheter into a very enjoyable show. Normally a story needs deep and interesting characters to be good, But that is not the case for Blame!
Blame! is more so an adventure then a story. You just tag along the main character killy for an adventure, thats it. Killy doesn't even know why he is searching for the net terminal gene he just does it because what else is there to do when you are a nearly invincible superhuman. The art is amazing, the author really created an incredible setting for this story and i think the reason for how he was able to accomplish this is because he used to be an architect. ... |
