There are no real villains. There are people who oppose the protagonist, but they have their own personal reasons. I like how these shows show both sides. In Angel Beats, Angel and Naoi kinda opposed Otonashi. In K, HOMRA is trying to get Shiro.

Ookami-san to Shichinin no Nakama-tachi

They both have a male and a female main character, and the girl is pretty tough. While Angel Beats begins with Yurippe using a gun, Okami-san begins with Ryouko in a fight with her kitty knuckles. So they have somewhat similar beginnings. They both revolve around a group, which consists of likeable characters. They go into the backstories of a few of the characters (though Angel Beats is much sadder). They also both have great art. Both shows have comedy, some action, and some drama (though Angel Beats has more drama than Okami-san).

Kamisama no Memochou

The male protagonist is the newcomer of a group, which consists of awesome and likeable characters. Both shows just kinda have the same feel. Kamisama no Memochou doesn't really go into the backstories of different characters, but there are still really serious moments. And Angel beats is really touching, though it mostly shows toward the end. They're also both short and have a baseball episode. And they have a lot of the same dubbed voice actors.
