Made in Abyss (Anime) add
The moment you start with this anime, it captivates you. The first two episodes, give you exiting and well paced progression into the world. The tone is very light and exiting, which is reflected in the main female characters personality. Both the music and art is top notch, and helps push the quality of this series to the highest level. This anime has similarites to Neverland, both in opening setting, and in how it quickly turns really dark in some scenes and overall mood. This is the only reason I would strongly not recommend kids to watch this. Some scenes are brutal! The world has ...

Preliminary (4/26 eps)
So my renview is based on 4 episodes watched.

I've seen this around a lot, in comments and reccommendations. It had a rather slow paced start, and has a hard time getting you sucked in. You hardly know the world you are in, except it's in the future. Magic words are tossed around like I'm supposed to know exactly what they mean. Conversations are limited to shouting at eachother for honorary remarks, flirts or in awe how the main character is so smart and amazing. The confusing flirting between siblings, and the close to ecchi way the women are portraied during normal conversations, feels like ...

Being the 3rd sports anime I watched, after Haikyuu and Run with the Wind, I was in for a totally different style in both art, pace and tone of the series. Compared to the rating of the series, I was disappointed

Story 7/10: The story is rather weird at times. Focusing on character less important than the main characters, which makes me feel I'm following the main characters in 3rd person. Also many scenes seems irrelevant for such a short series. It could have been spent showing more about table tennis, that feels rather unimportant, when games are skipped quickly mostly just showing some clips, and ...

Do you lack motivation to take that exercise run? Or are you too buried into your manga, video games, tv shows or internet activites? Let me tell you, this anime will kickstart you and motivate you to refresh your running spirit!

Being the 2nd sports anime I watched (after Haikyuu! go watch it if you haven't), I was a bit sceptical how it would turn out. I mean, only so much you can get into a running anime. Boy was I up for a surprise. Not only does it give you reletable characters, but it really gives a sense of friendship and milestone goals along the ...

This anime is kind of slow paced with very classic characters. The story is "ok" but it doesnt really blow you away. (like I didnt get hooked) There are some moments however that are really good, and some episodes where they gather a lot cool moments. For a fantasy world, its really down to earth and limited in what you can expect, and kind of predicatble as well. Too slow for my taste, ok to watch if you do something else and ok to watch with kids as well, not really the typical modern day anime. I guess worth to watch if you can enjoy ...
