...then you might like Cardcaptor Sakura add

Both main characters are really nice and makes the people around them happy. There's all kinds of love confusion going on and both have a little bit of supernatural powers here and there. (Cardcaptor Sakura's main character being a magical girl). Don't misunderstand just because the main character in CCS (cardcaptor sakura) is a 'magical girl', it's a family friendly manga/anime, but, it also displays life's problems, just like in Fruits Baskets.

If you liked Kodomo no Omocha add

...then you might like Fruits Basket add

Main characters are similar, touch of romance, starts off light-hearted, gets deep later on. WHAT ELSE CAN YOU ASK FOR?

If you liked Kodomo no Omocha add

...then you might like Gakuen Alice add

Both main characters have PIGTAILS. (but the hairstyle changes XD) Both female and male main characters have EXTREMELY similar personalities. Both started off fluffy but gets dark later on. Both have romance, although, Kodomo no Omocha focuses, just a tiny bit more, on romance than with Gakuen Alice. AND BOTH ARE AMAZING.

Both main characters are cheery and optimistic, then you have the other main character, the male main character. Both have problems and in the end, depends on the female lead for the sake of their happiness.

In the beginning of both mangas, it starts off all nice, but there's more to it. They get into more deeper topics. Not to mention, the female main character for both of the mangas are very similar personality wise. Both, in my opinion are very good mangas. Both mangas display problems that occur real life. PFFT, they're just really alike trust me, I feel like a robot trying to write this.
