This is one of those animes that remind you why you consume this medium. It certainly doesn't have the best animation quality, sometimes using CGI that's a bit regrettable, but this series knows how to convey happiness and uplift its audience. There's a lot of drama, and it can feel like a soap opera with so many conflicts, but that very aspect, which could be seen as a negative, keeps you hooked and eager to see what happens next. The characters, who initially may seem quite cliché or annoying, quickly win your heart, just like the group TRIGGER, which I find excellent.
I also have to
...
mention that having many characters with questionable backstories in terms of writing and drama is something that lowers the argumentative level. However, in general, you can see love behind this anime.
As for the songs, there are some that, to be honest, are not at all memorable and are very common in this medium. However, songs like 'Shaking Your Beat' or most of TRIGGER's are genuinely excellent, and you end up singing along.
If you don't mind a plot that isn't super well-structured and just want to enjoy something simple but fun, then this anime is for you.

We are faced with the typical orphan protagonist who embarks on a journey to fulfill her dream with a touch of fantasy along with the characteristic of the culinary field.
It is true that it has characters not very remarkable as Shall that his attitude and comments are very stereotyped as well as Jonas but that does not take away that in each chapter there is a good mix between morals and in turn to see the protagonist and other characters in that area developing their creativity in cooking and creating new sweets, (although I lack that they gave more emphasis on the process of creation).
...
The experience with this anime could be summarised as relaxing and positive, it certainly deals with issues such as slavery and others but always with a respectful touch by the protagonist, leaving as a moral in each chapter that fairies are equally valuable beings as any other, even if there are despicable beings in that world who mistreat them and so on.
It is not a series that is going to change your life, nor is it one that deserves no recognition, so it is somewhere in between and it is up to you to decide if you want to give it a chance.

To begin with it is an average shoujo, without anything special and with clichés, the characters are very simple, the girl in the beginning is fine and I like her innocent side although she is very typical, as she passes she feels very empty and that she falls in love so quickly is so : ? and the relationship is very superficial, you do not really feel what they are going through and it feels very unreal.
In the second story it improves and being a short story I don't ask for more but still without anything original
The third story is horrible, toxic and meaningless,
...
everything happens very quickly and it doesn't give me anything at all, in fact it takes me away by wasting my time reading this.

We have a simple story at the beginning, something that could even be classified as cliché but at the same time really tender . But as soon as you finish the first episode you see that no, this series is not just about romance as we are used to seeing. It deals with issues such as the aspirations of each, personal ego, the work situation of editors and mangakas and give us an insider's view, which is certainly up to workaholism , the perception of people in terms of family conveniences and constant effort not to harm anyone and do your job properly .
Other secondary
...
couples continue to show this world from different perspectives and help to understand it even more, either as: a salesman, a mangaka and his assistants, the editors....
In short they show how Japanese people and their industry are in the work environment.
Let's start with the main character Onodera, he doesn't give up at any time if he has to work overtime to improve or help others he will do it without hesitation, he has a big heart and a lot of ambitions respecting himself.
His partner in turn is very good at his job with his great business perception and experience, just like Onodera he tries to help everyone as much as possible but in a more discreet way. On the other hand this character has some situations that I dislike turning out to be someone very toxic and that bother me as they don't hit him and it seems the only way the author finds to make romantic moments and this is that he forces Onodera sometimes and touches him or kisses him without his consent . At least Onodera reacts and runs away like a normal person or hits him in self defense.
Situations like this should never be romanticized and in that sense the protagonist acts well most of the time. It's totally normal for him to feel confused since, he has to struggle with the trauma this one left him but, the other still doesn't make any sense for him to do such aberrations and more so if he really loves him since the first thing is mutual respect.

At first when reading the plot I thought it would be the typical series in which you understand absolutely nothing and you are very lost.
To my surprise it was not at all like that, in the first episode maybe... but as the story went on and the way it was raised it felt rather relaxing and that they gave you the time to assume everything.
As a big fan of trains, that the story unfolds in one made me happy.
Regarding the story is very well built by much that they seem separate stories at first after a while you see that that same character comes
...
out later with another and they are finding each other, you end up knowing them all, some with more than others for their relevance.
The characters are incredible each one fully reflects how it is and makes it unique, all its actions are very typical of they so it feels very natural. To me in particular Miria and Issac seem wonderful are very rare and may seem something very absurd in an anime that is mostly serious but , that is the point of them . That thanks to their ignorance can help certain people to see beyond!
I also took special affection to Czeslaw since I love this type of characters, it certainly does not have a story that is explained too much but with so little they can empathize with him, other more murderous characters and psychopaths everything they do agrees with their principles so it makes it really fun and unpleasant. The action scenes that take place on the train are crazy!
the only really big fault I found is that there was a secondary character who in front of a great loss did absolutely nothing having in front of the murderer of that being so dear to her, it did not make any sense, I even got angry haha!
A point also in favor is that women are well made and although it is always sad to say this, they seem real and with clear objectives.

It is a calm story to appreciate another side of life as it is more adult people and spend moments of everyday life with them.
It has some weak points as some pasts , flashbacks tucked quickly or actions of the protagonist that leave some doubts that make you say ''Why?'' or make you feel uncomfortable and with anguish (I do not know if it is good or bad) .
In addition we have the theme of the mother , in general , many times it comes to annoy and had a rather inadequate and at the same time sad ending in the sense that she treated
...
her daughter like that for years and she just assimilated it , it lacked a lot of development at that point being one of the main plots . Next, it does not have a very good quality as far as scenarios are concerned because of the limited budget that is understood when watching it, although they are quite unique and satisfying to watch.
On the other hand they deal with interesting themes and have characters that are easy to get attached to like Luciano who makes you feel like you are his grandson or Gigi (at the beginning I didn't like him too much) but as the episodes go by and the subtleties that surround this gentleman make me love him.

First, in general the story is fine, it did not quite catch me as a total fangirl but owo
I love the art, the unique style and the chibis are really cute.
The ending sounds spectacular as does the opening
Now let's move on to the problems :)
My main problem with this story: Dazai
At first I thought he was the host because he is always with his suicide attempts and blah blah jokes but with the passing of the chapters, this character is the typical chetado and by going so much on the screen he took away the prominence of Atsushi (to whom they owed to see taught
...
to fight something that did not happen and had to wake up being desperate).
The villains next to Dazai makes them laugh I can't take them seriously and this spoils a lot.
If you make a secondary character with such powers or remove it from the screen so that it does not overshadow the others or on the other hand you cause its power to harm itself and its use has to be limited.
Another thing that bothered me is the chapter where Atsushi is kidnapped. I mean, the protagonist was trying hard and even giving his own life for the other members of the agency and how they pay him? ignoring him and if he dies then oka HELLO? It makes no sense whatsoever with the plot, people like Ranpo, I understand it, it's very much his, but the other members? You are his friends, please, he is not Dazai, you did not even teach him to defend himself, if it is not because of the head of the agency, they will leave him :)
Then the comedy, at first it's fun and such but when Dazai and the ideal type with glasses are there and always in a loop, he ends up giving it a hit, it becomes repetitive and predictable, even in some moments they should not even do comedy it annoys the ambient.
Then the chapter where they kill the "son" of the man with the glasses, bro, it was obvious that the culprit was that woman and Dazai remains undone, letting them kill him.
and on top of the glasses in another chapter he tells the protagonist that sometimes you cannot save everyone with a flashback of the death of his '' son '' that you are incompetent and blind is something else, he could have been saved perfectly.

In general: It is an anime that has the premise of tests and challenges, which makes me interesting.
Main problem: The protagonist is like a piece of cardboard does not contribute anything, in fact I think it remains.
He has no goals, no dreams, or even anything remarkable, and yet everyone sees him as incredible. I understand the point of affection for Rachel since she is like her savior, even a mother figure but she is like a puppy following her if she tells you to leave her alone, do it, she has been saying it throughout the anime.
In addition, that from minute one the plot does
...
not stop benefiting him, situations like the sword just for being cute, leaving him out of a trial by mistake ... there are characters who have died and were striving contrary to him who is like a walking dead.
Characters: I think we all agree that they are somewhat interesting, unlike Bam, they have their reasons for climbing although they did not delve much into them.
We have the case of Khun, the typical cliché of the cool guy, yet he has certain things that give him being charismatic along with his ideas.
Hak I think he's more into the comedy factor but he still made me enjoy it.
People like the princesses, Anaak has unjustified attacks of anger making her look immature but still is passable, her past is put so that the viewer feels sorry but like Khun's it does not have great depth and it is not explained really well, I guess details of removing scenes from the '' manga ''.
Tests: I liked them in general by pulling to the last ones, the initials were too obvious but, I don't expect a Kaiji either, so good.
In summary: This story had been much better if it only dealt with x character other than Bam with his hopes to achieve his dream by climbing the tower, for my part I am not interested in neither Rachel nor he does not generate anything for me, so, I it would not matter what happened to the protagonist if it were not for secondary characters who took him esteem.
It's a good anime to hang out.
------------------------
