This review mainly focuses on the animation of this series, as there isn’t much to say about the characters yet.
What the hell happened here?! Just look at all the memes that have popped up due to the lack of animation in the second season... When I watched the episode, I couldn't believe my eyes; it looked like they just slapped some images together and made them move on the screen. Terrible! Friends of this anime, I’ve given it a devastating rating, and it’s well-deserved. We must not allow such a thing to be rewarded. I urge you not to say anything good about Blue Lock,
...
even if, like me, you loved the first season.

Title: Charlotte
The story in Charlotte revolves around so-called Gifted individuals who possess special abilities such as mind reading, hypnosis, teleportation, or flying. By the end of the series, not all abilities are even mentioned. These abilities do not last a lifetime but disappear at the end of puberty.
People with abilities are called Gifted. In Charlotte, these Gifted individuals are pursued for experimentation. As a result, they form an organization to defend themselves against these people, referred to as the "Scientists" in the series.
Yuu Otosaka is one of these Gifted and is also one of the main protagonists. Other main characters include:
Nao Tomori, Joujiro Takajou, Yusa
...
Nishimori, and his little sister Ayumi Otosaka.
Each of them has a special ability.
While the first five episodes are quite monotonous, focusing on locating a Gifted individual per episode, an event in episode six changes the direction of the series entirely. From that point, Charlotte becomes genuinely exciting and quite entertaining. We meet new characters who become crucial to the story's progression, and overall, the tone becomes much darker.
However, the ending is poorly executed and feels too rushed. With only 13 episodes, where there were multiple unnecessary sequences, they should have omitted those instead of hastily wrapping up the ending. Generally, Charlotte is not perfectly written, so it is far from a masterpiece. However, it is still good enough to watch at least once.

Title: Tsuki ga Kirei
The story in Tsuki ga Kirei revolves around two middle school students who slowly fall in love but don't yet fully understand what that means for them. Both have no prior experience with love, so everything is new to them. As a result, they often don't know how to behave in certain situations. As viewers, we watch these two fledglings blossom more and more, showcasing the characteristics of an immature relationship, such as jealousy and longing, which can be particularly intense at the beginning of a relationship.
Of course, those who have had experience with love might not warm up to Tsuki ga
...
Kirei. The plot progresses slowly, and the interactions can be quite sluggish. Often, the characters find many things embarrassing or are nervous, leading to moments where they don't talk to each other for half a minute. The animation and character design also take some getting used to. The two main characters, Azumi and Mizuno, are only mildly interesting, which might be intentional. Among the supporting characters, only Nishio stands out positively due to her cheerful nature.
But there are also positive aspects to Tsuki ga Kirei. In addition to a very realistic story, it successfully creates a happy ending. What many romance animes fail to achieve, Tsuki ga Kirei does! It doesn't end on an open note but with a complete conclusion. Perhaps even the most beautiful conclusion of a romance anime!
Conclusion
Anyone who wants to watch a romance anime with a beautiful ending should definitely watch Tsuki ga Kirei. However, those who struggle with a slow-paced plot and the somewhat awkward nature of teenage love might not be entirely satisfied here.

Title: Garden of Sinners
This is a summary review of Garden of Sinners. Having finished all the parts, I wanted to share some thoughts. First of all, I watched the anime Garden of Sinners chronologically and not by release date. In my opinion, this is also the best way to watch it to have the proper sequence. The story is set in a real world but with magical abilities.
The year is 1998, and news of a series of suicides is spreading through the media. Our two main protagonists, Shiki Ryougi and Mikiya Kokutou, attend the same class and often hang out together on the school roof
...
during breaks. Both seem interested in these incidents. Shiki appears to be a complex person, making it often difficult for Mikiya to reach her. We soon learn the reason: Shiki has two personalities. One of them is a normal girl, while the other is a cold and very distant person, even driven by thoughts of murder. Mikiya has a contact in the police who updates him on the latest developments in the investigations whenever he visits. We learn that the bodies have been dismembered, so the authorities now suspect murder instead of suicide. As Mikiya begins to suspect that Shiki might be behind these incidents, he starts to watch her. He sits outside her estate every night until morning to ensure she doesn't leave the house. One evening, Shiki has had enough and confronts him, attacking him with a knife and attempting to kill him. Something happens, and she is stopped at the last moment. To avoid spoiling the plot, I’ll leave it at that and encourage you to watch it yourself.
The first film begins chronologically with the second episode.
Overall, Garden of Sinners has a very dark story, with intentionally rough and dark colors. The atmosphere is intense. With Touko Aozaki, we get another main character who is a magician and now acts as a contractor. Her character seemed serious to me. Nevertheless, she cared a lot about Shiki. When there were new cases, she assigned the missions. She often used Mikiya to gather information, and Shiki's task was to apprehend the murderer.
I liked the animation and character design, and the sound was excellent in some scenes.
But no review is complete without criticism.
The supporting characters in each episode felt like they were only there to be defeated at the end. You knew there was a new murderer to be defeated in each film, making it quickly monotonous and predictable. They were neither interesting nor could you connect with them because you knew little about them. There were also often unnecessary conversations that were quite lengthy, so I had to skip scenes several times. I also felt that Mikiya was merely an instrument to shape Shiki's character. Without him, she would have probably ended up as a murderer. He always reasoned with her. Shiki's character only changed somewhat towards the end of the film series, so I wouldn't talk much about character development here. The film series also had its ups and downs. The episodes were not always exciting enough to captivate you.
Here’s how I rated the films (in chronological order)
Film 1 (7/10)
Films 2-5 (6/10)
Film 6 (5/10)
Films 7-8 (6/10)

Title: Amagami SS
You only need to watch the third episode to know that this anime will cost you many brain cells and nerves. Junichi kisses Haruka's knee in the barn, and she experiences the orgasm of her life.
Apart from that, there is no real plot. It’s just like any other harem anime.
The fact that the MC was hurt because he got stood up is a logical premise, but why would it take several years to get over it? I hope I never get stood up because then I might also experience a lifelong emotional trauma. The characters are one-dimensional, generic, simply designed, and
...
mostly annoying. Character design and animation are okay but nothing special either.
This anime shows no signs of realism and is merely the fantasy of an unhappy author who has obviously never had a woman in his life.
I would only recommend this anime to people who prefer an illogical, boring, and weak story with lustful and shallow characters.

Title: School Days
What the Hell Did I Just Watch?
I usually didn't even want to write a review because this anime is simply disgusting and a disgrace, but sorry, I have to say something now.
The story begins when Makoto Itou observes Kotonoha Katsura on the train. We quickly learn that he is in love with her. Initially, I thought it was going to be a normal love story, but this opinion was quickly and devastatingly crushed. The third person we have is Sekai Saionji, she is a classmate of Makoto and the final main character of this series.
So, what is this actually about? While the first
...
episodes were meant to bring Makoto and Kotonoha together, this anime completely drifted off from the middle onwards. The sole reason for this is Makoto. He is a lustful, disgusting, and vile person. He lies, cheats, and gropes practically every girl in this show, even in public or at school! After he got together with Kotonoha, the first thing he thought about was sleeping with her!? She, of course, didn't want that as she wanted to take her time. This, of course, didn't bother the lustful Makoto. While he was still with Kotonoha, he started making moves on Sekai. He slept with her multiple times, got her pregnant, and then discarded her like a piece of fruit. Throughout the show, Makoto slept with one girl after another. Kotonoha never broke up with him until the end. I kept asking why? Their love was never particularly strong, and they weren't even together for long. He cheated on her so many times that even I stopped counting after a while.
By the time I reached the 6th or 7th episode, I fast-forwarded most of it, skipping everything that wasn't relevant anymore. I just wanted to finish the series as quickly as possible. At least they managed to get the ending right because Makoto, even probably for the author, got what he deserved in the end. Sekai wasn't entirely innocent either, even though she was just one of the many victims in this show.
In the end, there's a bitter aftertaste of having watched this anime at all. Therefore, I recommend it to no one who is rational, interested in true love between two people, or looking for a beautiful story.
This anime offers absolutely NOTHING. No plot, no character development, no interesting characters, no good animation, or character design.
What's good in this show? Only the ending. That says it all.

Title: A Silent Voice
The story revolves around two individuals who were both subjected to discrimination during their school years. The focus is on Shouko Nishimiya and Shouya Ishida.
The story begins when Shouko transfers to a new school. Upon arriving in her new class, everyone notices that she is deaf. It didn't take long for her classmates to start making fun of her disability and gradually ostracize her. One of her bullies was the male protagonist, Shouya. Over time, the bullying became increasingly severe, leading to Shouko having to change schools. This change did not come without consequences, as Shouya became the new target of the
...
class. Years passed, and he never stood up against the discrimination, as a penance for what he had done to Shouko.
When Shouya happens to encounter Shouko several years later, he wants to be friends with her. He had learned sign language to be able to communicate with her. From that point on, many things happen between them and the supporting characters, who were well integrated into the plot.
Both the animation and the character design are top-notch. Although the sound design was nothing particularly special, it was well implemented into the scenes.
Both main characters came across as believable, especially since the bully himself became the bullied and understood how horrible it is and what it does to a person. Nevertheless, Shouko had enough grace to forgive. Such an attitude is very exemplary, and I think many people could learn from it.
It's only bitter that we don't learn more about what happened between the two main protagonists in the end, as Shouko was in love with Shouya, but he never found out by the end of the show.

Titel: Shinsekai Yori
I have no idea how Shinsekai Yori could be rated so highly. For me is this Anime completly overrated.
Besides the fact that it contains several logical errors, or that 12-year-old children are abused, sexualized or left completely helpless in an Amazon jungle-like environment, I found nothing redeeming. After 3 episodes, I lost interest. It doesn't matter if this is an anime that takes a while to pick up the pace when the premise is completely off until then.
I also didn't like the animation at all. Additionally, I don't understand this over-mature staging. More show than substance.

As a brief note: The anime Danganronpa is adapted from a game. The playtime is supposed to be around 20-30 hours.
So the question is, how do you fit 20-30 hours of gameplay into 13 episodes? Quite simply, by skipping relevant parts and running the show like a speedrun. In the first episode, students pass out after entering the school grounds. Explanation? None! After they wake up, they are already in the school and in a game of life and death. Why, how, or for what reason? No explanation! You will find logical errors more frequently in this anime. I noticed several in the first episode
...
alone.
What feels extremely unnatural is the apparently most important part of this show, the trial. During the trials, the characters have a change of heart every time, and evidence suddenly comes to mind out of nowhere. When the MC in the first episode talks about Person X (I won’t mention the name to avoid spoilers) throwing the glass ball to open the gate and a small piece of the victim’s clothing remaining at the incinerator. The perpetrator couldn’t dispose of this, of course?
There are also many inconsistencies otherwise. The characters seem very dull and interchangeable. You can even predict which characters will survive until the end without much thought. The characters do not develop in any way; they remain the same until the end of the show. In conclusion, if you are looking for an anime that is rushed, lacks depth, and has interchangeable characters, Danganronpa is perfect for you.

Title: Sakamoto desu ga?
The premise of this show is easy to understand. Sakamoto is a perfect guy! He gets the best grades, is the nicest person, the most handsome, the kindest, the most athletic, and many other things, which makes the girls adore him and the boys hate him. This is not a new concept. Since this is purely a comedy anime, no episode relates to another. The Anime starts off quite humorous but becomes pretty flat by episode 3 at the latest.
It stops being funny because Sakamoto can prevent every mishap in time. What also annoyed me were the constantly screaming girls whenever Sakamoto
...
even moved a finger. It can be overdone. After 5 episodes, I lost interest. There's not much to say about the supporting characters since they were just plot devices to showcase Sakamoto's traits.
