When I started watching Blood+, the first thing that came to my mind was D.Gray Man but in a different setting. Both have two parties, the good guys and the bad guys. They both have in common an organization which fights off the antagonists. Another noticeable similarity is the 'monsters' even though they're different, they both are dangerous to humanity and humans can also turn into these 'monsters'.

...then you might like Fushigi Yuugi add

Both Reverse Harems give the same feeling. A strong yet weak at times heroine is protected by a group of handsome guys with special powers. Both heroines are very similar to each other personality-wise and they both fall in love with one of their protectors, not to mention their love for food and their comical situations. If you've watched one then you will most probably like the other one, though personally Fushigi Yuugi is much better in all aspects (ie: characters, plot and art wise).

...then you might like Epotoransu! Mai add

Both are by Yuu Watase so obviously similar art. In both stories a girl gets help with her love life from a not human boy and end up with the boy falling for them. The storylines are different but there's a lot of similarities you notice after reading both.
