This manga is batshit insane, lol. You get Spider-Man killing people, feeling like a monster because of his power, getting drunk on power, getting literally drunk, getting false rape accusations (and then wanting to commit it), you get a Vietnam vet with PTSD hijacking an airplane, and a lot more.
I recommend it because it's a WAY more crazy take of someone that gets powers, if you want a good laugh, I recommend it.
On a more serious note, because the review requires me to write more, the story isn't really about super-hero or spider-man, it's more like a normal manga with a main character
