I believe that this show almost resembles Nana in terms of "starting a band" and meeting characters by fate. When it comes to the story, Fuuka is lighter, as well as less mature of a story to follow; until tragedy comes through out of nowhere and hits you like a truck. The drama in Fuuka feels forced where as the drama in Nana feels natural. I feel that if you like Fuuka and want to see a story that's better, more mature and lengthier. Then I would strongly recommend Nana for your viewing pleasure.

Both titles involve very unique heroes and individuals using their power to save the innocent with the sense of justice and self gratification. The two are also very similar in terms of action scenes and to a certain extent characters appearances.

Both shows involve three friends who are trying to save each other from "darkness" or "the wrong path." The two shows are also very similar in terms of character. Masaomi & Mikado are sort of like Naruto and Sasuke in a weird way. Both young men want to save or take actions in their own unique ways. While Anri is like Sakura, always upset and unable to decide what is best or what to do about her two friends fighting.

Engaging action, there's always some intense battles between characters, lots of suspense and I think, although it's a lot more mature than Naruto, it's a great experience for all to enjoy.
