The manga was good, I went into this blind so I could watch spooky rice's video on this afterward.
I feel like this manga was just gore for show. It had literally no reason for anything to happen. This whole manga is just Dan randomly finding evil people and killing them with so many plot holes like the fact he can murder a celebrity and not get caught and stuff like that. Another thing is that Dan has literally no personality other than the fact that he has a justice complex.
The side characters also have literally no use to the story other than just ... being filler for everything and have literally no personality either.

If this manga gave dan and his crew more personality and at least a main plot that wasn't just murder, I could see this being really good and worth the read. Other wise, dont bother reading it.

I wasnt really expecting much when getting into this manga completely blind to anything about it. As I read I felt like it was a bland manga like many I've read, something I'd forget in a month or so. But, really - I never expected it to be this good.


Kasane is a manga with extremely great relatable characters who have amazing personality changes and all work through a struggle and change (that includes slide characters who only showed up for 4 pages). It also had an amazing story with many twists and turns which made it well WORTH all the time I spent on ... it. I love the art style and everything about it and I wished more people knew about this manga as it's unlike anything I've read before.

Honestly, when I saw this on the internet I honestly thought it was going to be boring, bland, and over hyped, but when I watched the anime I was surprised by how well done it is. The characters are very bright and relatable and so are their designs, the story is fun to follow, the character designs are cute and bright, and the anime is humorous overall. I recommend you watch this. The only thing I think needed work is the amount of filler content and how the relationship between Tohrou and the main character is up to your imagination and how kanna has alot ... of screentime but fafnir and luca do not.
