I ended up enjoying this show much more than I initially expected. I had noticed this show was currently in the process of having a 3rd season released with very good ratings and seeing how the plot and setting intrigued me, as I haven't seen many shows set in this specific era and location, I decided to give it a go.
As I started watching the first episode what definitely stuck out right away was the animation. I must admit, I don't much mind 3D animation like this, having seen shows like Berserk 2016 or Ajin it really doesn't bother me,

however, I can see how this will be the major turn-off for most viewers, which is a shame. Binging the show I largely didn't even notice the shortcomings after a while. Some scenes did look worse than others, but overall it was not painful to watch.
The story is truly what makes this show so absolutely great. Being based on historical events it will follow the overall flow of what had actually transpired. I find this very refreshing as it often breaks the molds of traditional storytelling to create something new, the same kind of allude that made shows like Game of Thrones (at least in the first few seasons) so popular. You can never predict how any one situation will progress and are left on the edge of your seat. While such surprises are nice, they haven't overdone them either. Each situation feels very natural in its progression.
While the story overall is based on history, the characters are largely fictional. While many of them will find historical equivalents, most of what they do and the choices they make will have been at the discretion of the author. This might be due to a lack of documentation on what specifically happened with each historical figure (which is reasonable for a show that's set ~2200 years in the past) or to make the story a little more comprehensible/entertaining than a purely documental show would've been. Either way, the characters, alongside the overall narrative really bring everything together. Sadly since I am not including any spoilers I won't go into concrete examples, however, each (major) character just exudes atmosphere. One aspect that is a bit questionable is the strength of characters, however. The show gives you a great insight into exactly how each character is. You can immeditatly tell how strong each of the opposing parties is while watching. This strength of any one faction is inconsistent sometimes, but not to a degree where it'd cut into the enjoyability or reasonability of each situation.
Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed this show. It's really quite a shame that it's not any more popular. The animation definitely improves a lot going from season to season, so I can't recommend enough to at least give the first few episodes a try.

Welcome to my Re:Zero review, I will try to go over as many things as possible as I can in this review, I must warn you that this
review MIGHT contain spoilers, I won't include any major spoilers BUT I will talk about characters for example that don't appear
ep 1!
So when I started Re:Zero I was amazed, I loved this anime from first sight, it ticked all the boxes now let me first talk about
the main character: subaru
Now one thing I have to point out is that when you start watching you may at first call this a Harem garbage anime, I don't think
so (more on

that later)
ABOUT THE MAIN CHARACTER!
Subaru is the protagonist of Re:Zero, he is usually the weakest and is bad at doing anything, but he has a strong will and is
ready to give everything he has for the ones he cares about... He will try again and again... Subaru really had lots of
development through the series, usually there is zero progression in any anime but this anime really managed to develop not only
the main character... ok so many might say "oh subaru is so annoying", but I guess that is personal taste, I think he is
something diffrent from your usual protagonist but you might not think so... I do have to say he does some stupid stuff and
you will probably sit there and think "why the fu** did he just do that?" But he fixes everything in the end and his stupid
stuff wasn't actually that stupid...
IS IT HAREM?
now I know many people say that this anime is just a harem THAT IS NOT TRUE(!) while yes, almost EVERY 2. Main Character is
female this anime IS NOT harem, almost all females have ZERO intrest in him and rather hate him... So NO harem here! also the
anime drifts to only subaru after a while so he has his stuff going on but no harem, sorry
IS IT JUST TIME RESET CRA*?
NO it is not! While there are a lot of time resets these ALL have part in the story! They also have a giant impact in Subarus
actions and overall personality! Also it doesn't get reptitive, they really did a good job making sure it always stayed
interesting!
HOW CONFUSING IS THE STORY?
Now the story is kinda confusing, after some time you might wonder what timeline we are in now and what had actually happend,
but not necessarialy, they did a good job making sure you can follow the story and keep in mind what had happend in that timeline

IS IT FUN?
Yes
IS IT CONFUSING? (IS IT TO FAST/SLOW?)
Not really, it manages to get a nice pasing so it doesn't get to fast or to slow and it doesn't get to slow!
SHOULD YOU WATCH IT?
Yes definitly!
Story: 10/10
The story is very well though, actions have consequences and it was very well though out!
Animation: 10/10
The animation is very good with a very nice artstyle
Sound: 10/10
The sound is a VERY crucial part of this anime, dramatic music, no sound as times of fear and very good voice actors!
Character: 10/10
The Characters are a very crucial part of this anime, everyone from the apple seller to the main protagonist have unique
personality's! The Characters develop during the series and all have a very nice design! They also all serve another purpose
then "here is a characters he is just here to fill up space"...
Enjoyment: 10/10
I enjoyed this anime A LOT, I must say that it is my probably favorite anime of 2016, maybe even of all time
and that says A LOT! Make sure to definitly watch it, its up on crunchroll (support the creators!)

Sora no otoshimono is genius, it is also the first anime I have ever watched (after a couple of episdoes of pokemon) but sora no otoshimono opened me the gate to anime... Actually I found this a couple of years ago from a "best of sora no otoshimono" video and though nothing of it but then I rememberd it and I actually managed to find the name again, I then watched the episdoes out of cronological order but then found that there was an order and watched the full thing in one go, I actually watched the 2nd series first since it had 13 eps
...
and I didn't know there was a first season... lol
But in the end I watched this series and I love it, its funny, perverted and the main character manages to overexaturate everything, from exploding panties to catching boobs, it has everything...
The story is fine, it was usually just in the background not really doing anything special
The art is pretty good, I like it
The sound is very good with perfect voice actors and good music
The characters are interesting and all have their ups and downs
I probably watched this anime 20 times and I still enjoyed it, never got boring!
Overall I love this anime, not only because its my first anime but also because its awesome!

Ok so I watched Corpse party since it sounded interesting and I wanted watch something else then the "usual" stuff
So this was kinda what I expected but not completly, it was very bloodly and gory, like I though but it wasn't scary, maybe a bit at the beginning but then it just became "boring" you knew what you were up against and the horror went away, yes it was still digusting with bodies everywhere (for no reason exept to make it "scary" or "violent" but after the first ep I know how the organs and bodies looked so it wasn't anything more then another corpse...

The characters were mostly boring, they seemed like disposable side characters, they weren't interesting
The Art and sound were good...
I kinda enjoyed this anime, it was at least something different... I recommend watching this in the middle of the night, then you can get the best expirience, but otherwise its not scary

This anime is genius, it brings you through any emotions: happiness, sadness, exitment, fear... those were just a couple of the feels I got from watching this
Now first I need to point out that the Art/Animation and sound are astonishing! I was surprised by how good everything looked and how well the music fits the mood.
I actually don't know what everyone has against the characters, I think they are likable and very well thought out, everyone had a unique character and weren't annoying...
The Story is pretty good, with surprising twists and turns where you would not expect them...

was, does it deserve the #1 spot? yes, there can be better shows but this is as good as it gets right now...
I recommend it to anyone, you can see the load of work that has gone into this anime and its a masterpiece...

Now Mahou Shoujo? Naria☆Girls is the probably worst show I have EVER seen now that says A LOT... When I first watched Narnia Girls I was surprised with how BAD it was, the anime is about 3 girls that are I think magical girls and for no reason idols(?), the anime reuses scenes (that are basically just pictures that look like horrible drafts) the other scenes are just the 3 girls together talking over eachother, I can't even follow the subs, and that not because the subs are bad but because they are all talking at the same time and its just VERY confusing! story is not followable and makes NO sence it deserves a 1!
The Art is really bad, the 3D models look ugly and when there is a "picture" scene (for example when they defeat a "monster" with lipstick that came out of nowhere for no reason whatsoever or when they get to school) it looks like a horrible draft... deserves a 1, now for the sound I am giving it a 1 also, the talking is done horrible with EVERYONE sounding the same and talking over each other! I kinda enjoyed it because of how stupid it is so I will give enjoyment a 3...
Overall the show is Horrible and deserves a 1, usually I am fine with shows that are so bad their good but this "anime" fails at everything...

Now today I watched 3D Onara Gorou ga Dance Dance Dance!! But it is still very good, sadly its not as good as the main series but it is still very entertaining.

Saiki Kusuo no Ψ nan is a comedy slice-of-life story about Saiki Kusuo who has special powers that allow him to do pretty much anything.
The Episodes are not very long with around 4-5 min per episode but the episodes are coming out almost daily right now.
Story: 8/10
There is no core story as there is always another core in each episode, but the main story (that is that Saiki Kusuo has special powers) still affects all episodes.

There are some surprising moments that really catch you off guard and you never expected.
Art: 8/10
The art is very beautiful with good animation and good character design and all characters are very different!
Sound: 9/10
The voice acting is good and the intro song is very catchy, there is no outro song. The background music/sounds are fitting and enjoyable.
Edit:
There is an outro in the 20-minute version (I watch the 5-minute version so there isn't for me)
Character: 10/10
The Characters are all unique and well-written, and the characters show a clear relation to each other.
Someone else pointed out that every character follows a cliché, for example, the sports loving class rep, the stupid delinquent or the beautiful girl everyone gets nervous around.
Enjoyment: 10/10
The Series is very enjoyable with lots of funny jokes and interesting character development!
Overall: 10/10
I recommend this anime to everyone, it's funny, well written and definitely not a waste of your time! Give it a try!
Edit after watching 56 episodes:
The more you watch the most things Saiki does, one of the jokes is also the writer making stuff up on the spot and Saiki commenting on that breaking the 4th wall, relationships are also (in a sense) build trough the series

Now when I started watching Utawarerumono I was expecting an anime about some badass character taking over a country and then tries to save the world... Thats kinda what I got...
The anime starts out fairly calm and seems to be a fantasy slice-of-life anime but around ep 5 the anime flips, now I am trying not to spoil anything but its hard to talk about everything without spoilers... Anyways the anime suprisingly takes its turn into a war anime wich it perfectly fits, the characters have been build up so it makes sence with their relations and it makes sence for them to akt the

way they do.
The moments in this anime are real... There are a couple of sad moments and I almost found myself crying to one of the scenes wich says a lot since I stood through Clannad without crying once. Sadly the one really sad moment felt a bit rushed but thats the only thing I have to complain, the sadness luckily also wore of fast so there wasn't that sad after-effect (If I know what I mean).
Now lets get to the criteria
Story: 9/10
Now the story is actually not bad but it gets a bit confusing around the end, the story is based around Hakuroro who has lost all his memory and is building a new life with his new family, like I said before the story kinda turns around so I can't say anything about that but I can say that the family part stays... Its entertaining and has sad moments, its a rollercoaster of emotions
Art: 8/10
The Art for its time is pretty good but sadly they resued many clips of for example things running but they did put other background behind them so its not that bad but its pretty obvious sometimes
Sound: 9/10
The sound is nothing special, the voice acting is well done and the music is good
Character: 10/10
The Characters are very well done, every character is unique and there are almost no sterio types, the characters are very well developed and you can clearly see their relation, all actions characters make make sence and their are fairly understandable.
Enjoyment: 10/10
I enjoyed this anime a lot and I think it is a lot to underated, every episode was well done and made me want to watch the next one without having to put cliffhangers!
Overall: 10/10
I know when you add everything up it gives this anime 9.2 points but I would give it more points if I could so I am rating it 10/10, it is very enjoyable and everything is well done! Characters are all unique and all have their own backstory! I would recommend it to anyone whatever type of anime you like! Go watch it!
