This show is garbage. In any other series where the characters get supernatural powers, they would usually be explained the reason they got them in the first place. But not in this dumpster fire. They were just chilling at their clubroom, and now all of a sudden all the main characters are ability users.
It was later revealed (spoilers) that the big brother of one of the heroine wanted to keep them out of a fight which weren't even explained. Seriously? Everyone just agreed to that? I'm pretty sure that if this is a series that makes more sense, a jerk or two would attack
...
them anyway. But nope. They were only attacked twice.
I saw a reviewer saying that this show is more focused on slice of life part rather than the actual battle, to that I say he/she is completely right. The issue I have with this is that what's the point of giving them powers if they're just going to fool aorund with them anyway? you could literally take away the parts where they used their powers, and most scenes of the show would still make sense.
And the characters! The MC is an annoying chuuni garbage who's somehow a chick magnet for just being kind at the right time. And the worst part is his holier-than-thou attitude. He told a girl that she can't just go around and revive people with her powers, and he told another that she can't go create life with hers. I mean, f*** off! Who are you to tell others what they can and cannot do with their powers? and even if they did, what are you going to do? Give them a cringey chuuni speech? Try to stop them with your garbage power? Just go rot in a corner and get NTR'd, you freaking dumbass.
The girls aren't any nice either for the sole reason that they're in love with the garbage. I can't really be bothered to elaborate about them.

this series is based on an artist cg. i liked the cg version a lot, which is why i was very excited when i saw it being animated.
the story is quite simple. a guy got a list of slutty school girls from his friend. coincidentally, all the girls always commute by train (hence the title densha ecchi: train sex). the guy molest/seduce the girls to have sex with him. the girls end up loving to have sex with him and agrees to be his personal sluts.
this series pretty much follows the cg, which makes me very happy. the only drawback is that they did
...
not elaborate much on the molest and seduce (which is sort of acceptable, since they don't have much time), nor did they elaborate the last part, where all the girls got fucked

goody. another game-based hentai , and another hentai that has hypnotism as its main plot.
the girls here look pretty hot, and they have tits the size of volleyballs, which is why i gave such a high score on characters (yes, they could be a little too much, but i don't care. i'm simply too sick of real girls and their flat chests).
overall, the sex scenes are kind of mild. there are no gang rape (despite the fact that the mc is not the only guy here), no kissing, no ahegaos and no x-ray vision of the wombs when the girls got creampied (at
...
least, these are the main things that turns me on in a hentai). furthermore, the pink-haired girls was not fucked. on the plus side, the mass masturbation scene at the beginning is kind of hot, and so are the girl's slutty voices.

And here I thought I could not find any anime worse than konosuba. Boy, was I wrong.
Let's start with the title. "Seisen" means holy war in japanese, and I assume that they call it cerberus because it's a war between 3 countries. But seriously, there's nothing holy about this war. The reason the armies were about to fight each other is because all of them heard a RUMOR that the other two countries are exploiting the power of an evil dragon. Naturally, this rumor was spread by our antagonist the weapon dealer so that he could squeeze out their money. Seriously? You should have bothered
...
to verify the rumor first before you do something this detrimental. And oh, the stupidest one is the king of the elves. Her lackeys said she was praying in her altar for 3 days straight, and their god didn't bother to tell her anything? their god must be a fake one.
Next, the character. Our mc is a useless piece of shit, and he's not even an mc from a harem anime. Basically, he's an arrogant whiny garbage who thinks he can take on the evil dragon when he can't even kill a baby slime, and he had the nerve to call himself a wandering swordsman.
To be honest, I got nothing against weak mcs. Look at osamu mikumo from world trigger. he's weak, and he knows he's weak, so he trains himself a lot to become better. Sure, his skills are still disappointing, but at least he is thinking up strategies to cover his weakness. compared to him, the mc here is a stupid loser who refuses any form of instruction. Naming him Hiiro is his father's biggest mistake.
And there's his bodyguard, Giruu. Overall, i like him. he's a good swordsman, unlike the failure, he's good in cooking, and he's kind of cool. the only issue i have is the way he take care of his baggage. After a few episodes, it turned out that the garbage is a failure as a swordsman, but very talented in magic. but did Giruu trained him in that direction? NO! the reason being the garbage would become dangerous. "Right. he's dangerous, so we won't let him touch magic, so that he could have a chance in losing control and blow up everything one day!" learn a thing or two from naruto, damn it. (and speaking of naruto, there'a a hint of that anime in here as well).
Lastly, there's the walking and walking triceratops who acts as the accountant/ purse who does nothing but nag and rant, the kid who does nothing at all, the neutral information broker who won't hesitate to betray anyone (the only character i like in this anime), the android who loves to sticks to the mc, and the villain who can't maintain his agenda (you'll know what i mean when you watch this anime). Yup, this is one horrible, horrible anime.

I have a very simple requirement for anime. If it did not make me cringe, I would call it a good anime that is worth watching. This one, well, THIS one has made me cringed so many times I fell like stabbing everyone involved in it.
The story:
It's a typical setting. MC goes to another world and do some shit after he died. Pathetically. If I was in his shoes I would just die a second time, period. When he got there, he expected a grand adventure and awesome teammates. Spoilers. He got a taste of the real world and shitty teammates, whom might I
...
add, forced themselves into his team because they are unwanted elsewhere for being too useless.
For the development, it got nowhere. They are supposed to defeat the Demon King, but they are not even halfway there, probably because they got too busy trying to pay off debts.
The characters:
In an action harem anime, it's a norm to have a useless male MC who got surrounded by capable girls. In this anime, it's the opposite: the MC is the only (slightly) useful one in the party. The rest of them are just trash: a bitchy goddess who's only good for healing and partying, a mage who will run out of juice after one spell, and a masochist knight who can't even cut a stationary target. Maybe this anime is trying to break the tradition. Or perhaps, maybe not. The MC is the only one who has made any growth, the others are useless from the beginning to the end.
And don't even get me started with the villain! This anime has only one villain, a Dullahan whose house was used as a target practice for the mage. Sure, he was very awesome at first, there's his whole appearance, and the way he cut down a lot of adventurers like it was nothing. But then, it went down the drain: the way he squealed like a little girl when he was about to be splashed by water, and when his head got kicked around like a football. Later, we also found out he is a pervert who uses his head to look under a Lich's skirt.
The fighting:
Again, there isn't anything decent. The only fight scene is between the MC and your typical knight in shining amour (no, I am NOT counting the "fight" between the Dullahan and the knight). This one barely has any action. MC stole the dude's sword and smacked his head with it, the end. Seriously?
One more thing, I can't tell whether this anime is trying to teach its audiences about the harshness of the real world or show them what a fantasy world looks like. On one hand, the MC started his adventure with a real job, and got more and more debt piled up because of his and/or his teammate's blunder. On the other, there is the MMORPG setting of this world where a character can learn a skill by registering it on his ID card thing, without any sort of training. Make up your mind, people.
I have read/ watched more than 100 mangas/ animes all these years, and I can tell you this: this anime isn't worth watching. I seriously don't know what's the hype about.

I still have the game version in my laptop, even though I have finished the game more than a year ago. Every once in a while, I would still replay it because the game has a lot of comedy scenes, plus even more good sex scenes.
When I saw the animated version, I was quite excited.
The good side:
1. They have incorporated a few famous scenes from the game into this episode. I particularly liked the train station scene, since I'm a sucker for cosplay
2. Unlike the game, the bgm in the animated version fits the situation. For example, during the train station scene, when Akino spread
...
her legs, the music was very slow and calm. When the producer start doing her, it suddenly got intense.
The bad side:
1. They slightly changed the train station scene in the game. Originally, it was Akino, Shion and Nanako, But they replaced Nanako with Kobato, probably because Nanako already made her appearance.
2. They should have introduced more characters. This is my personal opinion but, I am a bit disappointed that my favorite girl Yukari did not appear in it
