"We were there." The title itself suggests a lot of hidden possible meanings and would make you perhaps ponder with questions: "Who was there?" "Why?" "What's in there?" And "How did they got there?" The basic questions that we all learn. And as you read the story, you’ll discover answers on such questions. Bokura Ga Ita is one of those stories that'll tug some of your heartstrings. It'll annoy you; it'll make you sympathize with the leads; it'll make you wanna murder one of the characters; it'll even perhaps make you cry if you're sensitive and sentimental like me. It'll make you feel something.
...
I first saw the anime of this and it's one of my starting animes tbh. (I was in high school and school romances were kinda one of the tweeny ladies dream about.) The plot was rather simple and cliche. It's about a young couple who first disliked each other then as the story progresses, their feelings does too but there's a plot twist to it. How can you compete with someone who is dead? The universe is really mean sometimes cause it somehow played with them especially on the guy's side. Tragic love story. Well, i thought it's like another shoujo cliche but there's more to it. As for the characters, I usually go for the second guy tbh but I can't help but cheer on the lead guy. He had issues within himself so can't really blame him. The lead and the second guy lead are on a par with each other. Both are likeable and hateable xd Well that's just it. As for the ladies, T - T)b Nana is cool but she's stupid as well. I guess she just loves Yano that much. And this other girl... geez, I guess she already died in my mind lol At some point in the story you'll be like, " ' - ') oh come on. Does anyone ever think here?" But then every tragic love story has that phase. I'm satisfied with the ending though. I liked it.
Personal thoughts:
I enjoyed it just as much as I enjoyed the anime. I remember attending my morning classes with puffy eyes. It was school night when I watched it years ago. It was heartbreaking QᴗQ) It makes you think about fate. "If it's meant to be, it'll be."-- like this quote for example. Love is really unfathomable. It reminded me a part in the story where nana was asked, "Why do you love him? Why do you still love him?" (Not sure if it's in the manga, anime or the live action xd) And she had internal monologues but it all came down to the answer "I just do." To some it's perhaps insufficient and unacceptable but for me, it's a good answer. It's like there's a lot of reasons that explaining why you feel for them that way wouldn't do justice to it. People who felt love will understand that perhaps. Overall, I love it and it'll be one of my favourites.

"I was stunned."
Yeah, that was like my initial reaction somewhere at the middle part of the series. It's nothing like the first season to be honest but I enjoyed it the way it is. Some anime are stagnant and sometimes that works for them but mostly, it doesn't. This anime has became quite a heavy one in the next season but then, that's something to be expected. As the distances between them grows closer, their characters changes and develops too. But I must say that I wasn't fairly happy on how yukino turn out to be at this stage. Her character became a bit dull
...
in season 2. Dull in a sense that it's become the typical kind even though she had probably one of the most typical character in there. I liked her tho and find her relatable sometimes. Like that neko scene, I knew it! I wasn't the only one who's like that to cats U w U) and when it comes to body comparisons... she's a... A comrade T - T)b but tbh, she's not my favorite. Yui is great too. She somehow stole the spotlight a bit here and her change isn't really easily seen but she did. It was a good change. I like how emphatic she is. It's a blessing to have a friend like her. Although, if we're picking favorites--- I would definitely and surely pick Sensei and Komachi. Even though Sensei is just a supporting character and there's nothing to expect from her, she's pretty amazing. I hope she'll get married though cause that's somehow what she wishes there. A capable woman like her is perhaps a bit tough to handle for men at such age. I wish to say no more to this ^ x ^)b And Komachi is the besto little sister. I find her persona amazing.
As for the animation, they made hachiman more plain and boring lol but it suits him. Although, tbh I like his s1 version more. Aside from that I loved it as much as I did on the 1st. It had minor changes but I guess if one pays attention to it, it's sth major---and hmm, I'm no elitist so I didn't bother xd Free stuff are always enjoyed.
Overall, it's a great anime but I gotta say that I enjoyed the 1st season more though. This got me a bit like "Wew." but not in a sense that it was boring. It just became more serious but it turned out pretty well, imo. I guess it's cause they got too involved with each other and at this point, a lot of stuff would eventually and surely change. The 3 of them are looking for something genuine and in a vague sense, I think I know the answer but I don't think they are ready for it yet. Well, none of us is ever ready though so I liked hachiman's answer in the last ep. His way of thinking is truly amazing. And it's somehow shown that they all fear change and somewhere along the story, they forgot that change is the only constant thing on earth. Hayato's real identity is also coming out too. That makes him interesting now. The good thing here is that they didn't stick to their "ideal" characters but somehow showed that there's more to what someone seems like. It's pleasing how everyone is aware of it too. They know their faults and flaws but indulging in them is also wrong. Hachiman went to that phase but fortunately, he's also changing for the better. I know this isn't new in the slice-of-life genre but sometimes the hypocritical characters becomes a pain to watch. And most of such characters drags everyone that even the plot progression itself gets dragged too * - *) Oh well, going back to the topic on hand, I think they should "feel" more to balance it. Hmm, I could actually deem that logic alone won't really make you happy even feel contentment itself. It's like a "been there, done that" matter for me. Happiness is fleeting but then there's a degree to it. Of course, this is arguable on the case of everyone though, but no matter what kind of twisting or covering up you do this is the real deal. It's indeed difficult especially if you're indifferent as yukino and you possesses that apathetic trait from hachiman. Yui's happy-go-lucky nature isn't enough to suffice it either, but everyone will get it one day; in their own time and understanding. The question of haruno made me think. She said, "Is anything truly genuine?" I guess the answer would depend on your faith and trust to that person. We neither possess the power to know and control what they feel for us nor see and perhaps understand what their real motives are, but somehow we find ourselves believing on what they show us and tell us. I guess haruno got so used in pretending and living on that facade that she's forgotten what the word meant.
A snowman (olaf xd) once said that, "some people are worth melting for." Somewhere along the episodes, sensei said something similar to this. I agree with her. You can never guarantee that you wouldn't hurt anyone cause that's inevitable. In every opportunities that one gets there are sacrifices to be made. Even economics knows such principle too. You just gotta find people that are worth melting for and will be there to help you become another snowman again or perhaps melt with you too. It's a choice :''3
Tl;dr: WATCH IT. It's a great anime.

The whole time I was watching Subete ga F ni naru, I felt nothing but awe. The perfect insider fits its name perfectly. In its own way, it's flawless. I've always liked psychological and mystery themed plots cause it always makes me think. It triggers deep thinking that perhaps my brain slyly enjoys. And this anime, it's one of those.
The animation is splendid but then I was never really that attentive on such. Personally, It's beautiful. I've always loved the ocean and it was shown in the story for a couple of times. The concept was impressive as well. It was well thought too. Since
...
I've seen quite a few of the psychological anime, I've observed that some anime tries to appear to be intellectual that it comes to a point that it tries to mimic other elements from the other anime. It's indeed common in anime to have the same things and settings but that doesn't mean that it needs to be executed similarly too. I wouldn't name them since I'm also bad at remembering but I am sure I dropped some series cause of this. (I was never that active in mal so it doesn't really get updated either.)Also, I find it very impressive that there are no plot holes. If you seem to missed something, I guess you should watch it again. It was explained and shown. The story has a moderate pacing too so it wasn't really hard to catch up on what the characters were thinking. As for the characters, Dr. Magata sure is something. She's complicated but also simple at the same time. One of the things that I loved about her character was her unpredictability. She'll make it seem that you thought you had her all figure out but it's actually the opposite. She's interesting and a dangerous one too. The two main were great but sometimes the girl's talkativeness annoys me. It was bearable though. It's also essential in the series to complement Sensei's character. Be wary though, there's an illicit affair going on over some characters. It bothered me at some part but cause of that, I figured it out as well. It was fun coming up with answers xd Overall, I think it deserves a 9. I enjoyed it very much but it lacked something. I guess after perhaps figuring it out, when the revelation and conclusion happened in the last eps it wasn't that much surprising anymore. I guess that's why.
To think that a 5 year old child already had her own existential crisis, that sure is something. I agree to Sensei's statement that Dr. Magata is pure; a purity that can never be achieved by normal humans; a purity that breaks all the customary morals in our present society. I've always admired intelligent people perhaps it's cause of a silly reason too. It's that they're not afraid to be different and Dr. Magata is one of them. Although no matter how much she seeks for freedom, I don't think she'll ever achieve it. I believe she's a weak person, thus she creates personalities from people that once offered her a safe haven. I suppose that it imprisons her more. But then, I guess that's her version of reality and one can never truly understand it. The human mind is a complex matter. That fact alone makes everyone of us interesting individually. I must say that her questions really does make you think. "Who are you?" "Why are you here?" "Where are you going?" Questions that has no validity of correct answers. It's just a matter of your own conviction and morals.

"Being alone is perfectly fine. The problem is that she's forced to be alone due to other's ill will." Solitude is something that most people find "lonely" but in all honesty, it's more rewarding than you thought it could ever be. I guess one just need to find their own "definition" to it. Life in general is mostly on what you make out of it. Everyone eventually realizes it, in their own pace of course.
Yahari Ore no Seishun Love Comedy wa Machigatteire is one of the anime that I put on hold for quite a long time. It took me almost 5 years to finally
...
decide to watch it again. I guess the title made me stay away thinking that it has harem in it. And I've always found harem as sth revolting. Instincts says it's rubbish and so it must be ignored but I guess I was wrong in this. I shall really stop with this stereotyping especially in anime.
Well, overall I enjoyed watching it to the point that I even dreamt about it. Weird but that did happen. The sarcastic humor is definitely one of the things that I've enjoyed here. Going further into details, here's what I thought.
Art is outstanding in my opinion. I liked it. I watched it on hd though so that's perhaps why but at least it had less fan service. This is also partly the reason why I had such judgement before. Harem anime gets good animation most of the time. Oh well, that's like a personal conflict that must be disregarded. In short, it's a 10 for me.
Characters are interesting too and the plot is surprisingly engaging. Although as much to my amusement, I didn't find myself shipping Hachiman between the two leading ladies to which I sometimes find their blushing uncalled for. Their individuality though, each character has their own personality that is somehow close to the realistic personalities of the people that you'll meet in real life. I deem hachiman's self deprecating statements as one of the things that made the show interesting. His pessimistic point of view is sometimes so real that you'll just find yourself thinking and somehow, agreeing on most of the stuff he say. Just mostly, 'cause not everything of it for me seemed acceptable. He's still young and has yet to experience stuff that perhaps he already had his own judgement to. Yukino, on the other hand, perfectly complements his attitude and personality. Basing on what I've seen and observed, he's not actually a bad guy or the lowest. Hayato is sometimes the lowest in my perspective. Hachiman is actually a good man, in some sense. Hmm, I don't know. Nice guys are always something to be wary about. Well niceness in general is something to be wary about and thus I find myself agreeing to some of the lines he said about it. "Anyone nice to me is nice to others too." and also, "If the truth is a cruel mistress, then a lie must be a nice girl. And so, niceness is a lie." Self centered as it may seem but somewhere in between, the truth lies in it. Niceness is something that you could staged and thus the line "Everyone can be nice" is rather the real truth and could be considered as a fact. I believe that too. And thus my enjoyment on watching it is obviously seen through the wall of text that I put here.
I have relatively high hopes on the second season. If you wanted something let's say a bit close to the usual life of people but had a lil bit of fiction and exaggeration on it, watch this.

Kanojo to Kanojo no Neko might probably be short but the impact that it leaves you stays longer than you imagine.
As a cat lover, I really enjoyed watching this. The opening suits the "aura" of the anime. And the animation is just magnificent especially if you stream it in HD. The story was lovely and light. One of the great thing about this anime is that it's told in the perspective of the Cat. I'm pretty sure that cats have this thoughts. I got a bit emotional too cause it reminded me of my old cat, yuki. She was sweet and lovely. I suddenly missed
...
her. I think one of the underlying lessons that you will learn from this is to never take something for granted. I never regretted anything on my end with my relationship and time with yuki. I'm sure she knows that I loved her and I will always do.
If you're a cat lover, I highly recommend you to watch this. If you aren't but you wanted something oddly relaxing, I recommend you to watch this. It's just 7 mins per episode so it's convenient :''3

The concept wasn't really special. I mean we already had the fill of that supernatural-moe kind of anime and dragons were like an ancient element even before but the thing with this anime is that its "ordinariness" is what it makes it "unique" and "a gem". I like how they included in real life scenarios and conflicts that they solved with calm and mature resolutions. And the characters too, there's a character development at each ep. I bet the manga would also be a fun read too.
So, if you're looking for a light yet enjoyable and relaxing to watch kind of anime, I highly recommend
...
that you should check this out. Just a sight from kanna is more than enough to make your stress go. I swear she'll make you go "kyaaa" >////<)b
Tbh, I skipped this anime last year thinking that it's again another "moe-filled-with-fanservice-and-annoying-lolis" kind of anime and those aren't my cup of tea. I also heard like biased reviews and some are bad reviews about this but I knew kanna even before--cause well, she's really popular and adorable. And I didn't even marked it as bookmarked or even PTW. I guess that's one of my regrets last year. When my guy friend recommended me this, I got interested. Partly because he recommended it and also, kanna lol I said "Alright, I'll watch it for kanna. I heard that it has some yuri undertones in it too." Well. I wasn't wrong but damn. It's like another gakkougurashi again. It's somehow surprised me. I didn't thought that I'll enjoy it this much that it made me rewatch again and it got me to anime once again too. So I guess, I'm off to weebing again this year xd
