These two are a lot alike. Both love stories with girls who are oblivious to their feelings and the feelings of their love interest. They see the love interest as a rival or sorts. Special A doesn't have much of the fanservice of Maid-sama, but it has adorable beta couples and just as equally a lovable cast. I think people who enjoyed Maid-sama would also take an interest in SA.
