Not very similar but both of them are comedy and have lots of fights, i really enjoyed both of them.

When i saw Freezing for the first time my mind just went to Fate Stay Night....i guess i find Saber and Brigette similar...and in both anime the girls are the ones protecting the boy and theres some romance in both so, i`m sure that if you liked one you`ll like the other one too.

If you liked Kiddy Grade add

...then you might like Kiddy GiRL-AND add

this is like the second season....a continuation of the Kiddy Grade, since the story takes place 25 years later from the first and even some of the characters from Kiddy Grade are still the same; the organisation too, even if it has another name. GOTT becames GOT.

If you liked Special A add

...then you might like Kimi ni Todoke add

In both of them the lead male protagonist falls for the girl and she doesn`t figure it out, even though the girls have different characters they are both innocent, naive and neither of them have any clue about love.The themes are about the same, romance - comedy in high school, slice of life, a little drama.
