...then you might like Mawaru Penguindrum add

Same art style, same kind of humor, same surrealistic tendencies (although Mawaru Penguindrum goes waaay further down that route), same heavy uses of symbolism, same avantgarde feeling when watching both, both present way more depth tahn it looks and both make heavy use of implicit taboo relationships. A lot of similarities, Mawaru Penguindrum is a better show overall, and it gets more dramatic (and harder to follow) than Ouran Koukou Host Club at it's end, but if you liked one you will definetly like the other.

If you liked Ranma ½ add

...then you might like Kyoukai no Rinne add

Kyoukai no Rinne is pratically the second incarnation of Ranma 1/2. Both are comedy anime, made by the same author and both have basically the same feel. While Ranma relies on gender bending, people turning into animals and martial arts parodies to make the audicence laugh, Rinne's gags are all about the interaction with ghosts and the main character's financial problems.
