It's great tbh...

The animation could be better, but the rest is great. It's dark and comedic at the same time. The bad animation sorta adds to the dark theme making it kinna hard to watch altogether. The distortetd animation
kinna warps the characters and creatures, making them like something straight outta uncanny valley. However, the concept of game and bugs wraps it all up, making it "understandable" in a sense.

The other downside for this was the ending, it was basically cutting it off waiting for the second half of the story to be released, if you don't like annoying cliffhanger cut offs ...

I don't know what I was expecting. I started watching because I saw the rating was at 7.99 and I thought this story would be somewhat similar to "Mahoutsukai no Yome". As cliche as a story like "beauty and the beast" would be, I thought if it was a boring story then the art must be fantastic since something made the rating go up to 7.99.... but I thought wrong.

First, the art is just sub-par (4/10). Nothing unique. The 1st episode showed the motions of the characters being somewhat fluid, but just as expected, as soon as it reached the 2nd ep it turns all ...

The Promised Neverland season 2, it was indeed awesome. The story answered all the questions I had when I started watching season 1. The characters all developed into what were expected of them. Side stories and supporting characters did their job splendidly. However, in this review, I'd like to talk about the short comings of Promised Neverland 2nd Season, and what could have been done better.

First we look at how the story was delivered. Frankly, everything was fine, but it was given to us too quickly. I wish there were more episodes to further emphasize what the story would progress to. I wanted the specifics. ...

I would say that the story is not common to come across, and won't say much about it cos i do not wish to spoil. However the characters that surround the story are all pretty typical for shounen anime. The hikikomori character and the typical harem situation, if you're into that typa anime, then this is the anime for you. Of course, if you're also into that situation combined with fantasy, then yeah, this is the one.
The harem concept doesn't entirely apply here, but it implies it through the characters and their actions.
The story-line however is what really caught my attention to make this ...

It starts slow, and shows signs of cliche bizz, but eventually, the story progresses to greatness. I strongly recommend. If you're a fan of fantasy anime, and are looking for more, this is it.
The story is very good, and the characters were good, the art is great, and the sound is great. The graphics and motions of the characters flowed well and made things pretty cool. I really liked it.
The only negative aspect of this anime is that the mood of the artwork was a little dark, for most of the scenes. I mean like literally dark drawings? If that makes sense. The best comparison ...

Mo Dao Zu Shi (Anime) add
This would be my first ever review of an anime, so please do not take it too seriously. Although, I intend to convey my feelings towards this anime, for it is this anime that has motivated me to write a review in the first place.
In all my years of watching anime, I have never settled down to try out any that would be dubbed in a different language other than Japanese or English. The very thought of watching anything speaking in a different language made me cringe. However, having watched this anime, it has broaden my perspective of having to pick the anime I ...
