*spoiler free! baby
Diamond no ace, an outstnading show but barely known outside of japan. So is it good or worth watching?
my answer will be: yes.
Daiya is a story about a boy named Sawamura who left his hometown to Tokyo and joint this Baseball team where he aims to become the ace.
so that was basically the whole story. But it is more than just a boy wanting to be ace in a baseball team. there was sad moments, happy moments, idiotic (cute) moments that makes me go uwu- and unexpected twist and turns. How the ratio of baseball to other random stuff (like eating and people
...
chatting in their dorms) is really well balanced. I also really like the fact that they live in dorms and they are always together doing random stuff. the baseball games are also really well made, as a person that is not really into baseball, I think I started watching real baseball games on TV after episode 12 so- it just have that magic.
the show has pretty good animation, not anything out of the world but it is decent enough. however, for the character designs, they are *haaaaaaa G R E A T. not everyone is a pretty boy, (dont worry fangirls there are a bunch of pretty boy too) but all the charcters just look prefect for how the character just IS. Oh ye and there are not much cg which is pretty cool.
ok, the soundtracks are amazing, period. Voice acting was done really well, the cast is also really cool and it contained a lot (i mean a lot) of voice actors as baseball teams consist 20 players each so. Op and Eds are damn sick, can't get enough of them. (ps I really like "cloud nine" one of the eds) I think the sound fx are quite real and it adds to the show a lot.
CHARACTERS, they are great. I really like Sawamura, Miyuki, Haruichi, Kuramochi, Chris senpai.'s charcter, those were the best ones. just how unique each charcters are and how they all have their own stories and each small difference. even the more minor charcters like the one of the managers has her own backstory and have a personality. Every charcter had developed since the start of the series. They had chaotic guys, smart guys, weird guys, just a plain bishounen nice boy, just everything, enjoy.
so 75 eps are not at all long for such an amazing show, I finished all in less than 2 weeks. Not to mention that this show just has a great sense of humour so it gave me a good laugh. and I ended up falling in love with the characters :p
100/10, nice show. I hope it will be more popular, and you there. WATCH IT OR STUB TOE.
thanks for reading, I am LRTmaknaE.

*NO SPOILERS
heyo! This is a review of Slam Dunk, one of my favourite manga or my favourite manga series. so here we go!
I read this Manga when I was 12 for the first time and it was so amazing, so I decided to read it again a while ago. And it is as amazing as I remember.
-this manga is about basketball, (I assume y'all know that) but it is not just for basketball lovers. As one who never played basketball back then, I enjoyed the series so much that I started basketball.
-Every game was thrilling, exciting. Every point scored makes you go like," adhsgcausjebgdnux..." and
...
drove my brain crazy.
-The characters are really cool, tho some of them are just like "stereotypical sports anime/manga characters", they still made amazing use of the characters.
-The main characters has a lot of characters development and personality. The support characters are pretty good, they have less character development and less time in the book, they still had pretty solid personalities.
-The team is super lovable, I was so sad when I realised that I was on the last volume, I wish there was more of the story, I really loved the characters.
-The manga has some solid art in it, every character looks completely different and each of them gives of a different vibe even if you just give a look to them. Every play was drawn nicely, thanks.
-This is one manga that you can get obsessed over with your whole family, including that cousin that is 7. (well my dad recommended it for me, thanks dad) Or watching the anime with your family is also fun.
-This series is amazing and I recommend it 1000%! Please read it!

There are no spoilers here:D
One of the most beautiful anime I have seen, I would like to give a review because I have never seen an anime this beautiful for quite a long time, so here goes:
Story:10
The story about Mafuyu and Uenoyama. This story is based on the manga "Given", a BL manga. the manga is really nice too so check it out if you have time. I really like the story because it is just like, "I am openly gay and you are straight, I just fell in love with you because I love you." it is more real compared to other shounen-ai
...
series. I really like how they made a shounen-ai anime without ecchi or smut. It is just pure love between two shounens. Mafuyu's backstory is also amazing. Though it is only 11 episodes long, it is enough to make me rewatch it 3 times and cry each time.
Art: 8
The art is no anything amazing but definitely not bad at all. I really like how the guitars are designed tho, they all are unique and beautiful. they also press actual chords when playing the guitar which is nice. The art in episode 9 is especially amazing, I won't spoil but you will see it when you get to episode 9. the animation is pretty awesome, it is quite satisfying.
Sound: 10
A music anime this is, and it has some of the best music in it. the opening and ending(s) are really nice, I never skip them and they are immediately added to my playlist after I have heard them once. other ost/bgms are fitting and calm, I like them. There is a really nice song played in the anime, as I said, I won't spoil but the song is really amazing and has really meaningful lyrics, I rewatched that episode for more than 7 times because of the amazing song. The sound in this anime is just spectacular, I would really give it 12/10 for real.
characters: 9
Characters, a huge part of the show. I really like them and here I will kinda talk about them, again, I will avoid spoilers so they might be a little short. Mafuyu - One of the best and unique characters I have seen in a while, he looks like a normal boring character but he has one of the worst backstories and is just a gloomy guy. However, he changes while still keeping the same personality throughout the story. Uenoyama - Just a normal guy in high school who is a guitar genius, he is relatable but not like the character you will imaging yourself as in a romance anime. Haruki - He has beautiful hair, he is kind of the mood maker and child-mother of the band to me. He is the bassist and is a kind and again relatable and lovable character. Kaji - One sexy man, he is quite popular and again a nice guy, he gives the bad boy feel but has a beautiful heart while not like being a 100% pure guy. For the side characters, they are not just "side characters with almost no character in them". They all have personalities. And all the character's personalities are realistic ones, not completely fake tsunderes or crazy yanderes.
Enjoyment: 10
Being a pansexual (don't worry, my straight friends also love this anime) music and anime lover, I really liked this anime. I enjoyed the anime so much. I love every part of the show, I even liked the names the somewhat meaningful names the characters have. I also enjoyed the show's sense of humour, some reactions and things they say are very cute and funny. And for some reason, I enjoyed looking the brown outlines they used for the art, heh-
Overall: 10
My top anime for 2019, I 100/10 recommend this show to everyone:DDDDDDDD

hello, I am a rugby player myself and I am writing this review because I feel that other reviews overrated this anime. I will try to keep this short and sweet so you can read it quickly to decide if you are going to watch this anime.
story: (no spoilers) the main character (Natsuya) got into a car accident and became not able to play rugby. He decided to join as the manager in a collage rugby club. And the anime talks about a senior of Natsuya, a junior of Natsuya, the kicker of the team and a the rest of the team. I really love
...
rugby so I decided to watch this show. At first, the show was funny and cool but then, the events got random and messy. However, it was cool to see that Natsuya was a manager instead of a player so we can see the players play in a way the manager sees it. I also feel that the matches were way too short. Rugby matches are 80 minutes long, and there is no way they could cover the match in half an episode (10 minutes). The matches seemed like match high-lights, and not an actual rugby match. So 4/10 for the story, disappointing.
Art: Not much to say about it, I don't really love it but it is not bad. But my problem with the art are 1. the hair styles are way too weird. (Even for anime) 2. The colour scheme is way too pastel and bright, it bothered me a little. The animation has no problem, I am OK with it. 6/10, OK
Sound: Openings and Endings are pretty awesome, soundeffects and BGMs fit to the parts. 7/10, Nice
Characters: Except Natsuya who had an unique and fun personality and Ibuki who is the relatable dude, other characters had minimal to no real personality and character development. I feel that almost all the characters are way to "childish" for being collage student. I don't think Collage students are this easy to get that triggered and angry. For the designs, some characters looked way too young. Yuu looked like he could pass for a Grade 6 or 7 when he is in collage, I really though so at first. 5/10, so so.
Enjoyment: I really enjoyed the first episodes, they are funny and somewhat interesting. I would be looking forward to Wednesdays when new episodes come out. But for the last few episodes, I
don't think I really enjoyed it or not, I only watched the last few episodes because I would like to
know how the story ends or does the ending improve. I won't spoil for you. 6/10, fair.
Overall: 5, it is average
