The art was a downgrade from the webtoon (main reason why i have mixed feelings). However, I personally felt that the story is more well-paced and there's more character development in the anime, considering the length of the medium.
My main gripe with the webtoon was the heavy focus on Elise's talent and how everyone from all walks of life is impressed by her medical skills, dedication, and kindness. It can be very repetitive.
