The thing that is similar is that both the princess and Rikuo are naturaly soft. Even though on other circumates (Rikuo has another side of his personality and Arita switched her body with another person), they both become rather cocky and very skilled in combat.

I know the plots don't have anything in common, but the art is somehow similar and I get the same feeling while watching it. Also, Shin reminds me of Hiroto and Konoka kinda reminds me of Kirari.

The stories of both manga happen in the Edo period, so Shinsengumi are involved. The art is also somehow similar, since the author of Ichi is one of the people who is responsible for the art in Hakuouki Junrenka. I also kinda get the same feeling while reading, even though Ichi doesn't contain romance, at least for now...

The art styles slightly resemble each other, the main characters of both series are demons who can consume human souls.Also, at moments, I got the same feeling I have while I'm reading Kuroshitsuji.
